1. Knead the dough (milk + sugar + yeast + salt + butter + flour).

Preparation
Sprinkle your work surface with a little flour. Take a sheet of dough and roll it out, then cut it into strips about four centimeters thick. Prepare the sausages. Remove the cape or skin from them; there is no need to boil them. If they are thick you can cut them in half lengthwise. This can still be done in order to save money. But you can leave them whole.
You should also cut the cheese into strips so that you can wrap them. Take a sausage, combine it with cheese, and if desired, you can add cucumber. Take a strip of dough and start wrapping the sausage with cheese and cucumber in it. Do this with all available products.
Now you should take a baking sheet and grease it with butter. You can also line it with parchment paper. Place the sausages. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. - Everything needs to be done exactly the same as in the previous recipe. Only now we need ready-made yeast dough. Roll out into a layer and cut strips into small ribbons, stretch them with your hands so that they become a little longer.
- Now you need to do the following: clean the sausages and prepare them for the wrapping process. We cut the cheese into thin strips, this must be done very carefully. We prepare everything to properly wrap the sausage.
- To wrap the sausage, press a piece of cheese onto it, take a ribbon of dough and begin to wrap it nicely to completely cover the sausage. Only the ends of the sausages should stick out, everything else should be wrapped well and beautifully. This needs to be done as quickly as possible.
- Getting ready to bake in the oven. The recipe doesn't require anything special. Just a baking sheet with parchment. We put our yummy on it, then grease it with a mixture of beaten egg and salt on top. For beauty, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- We bake our sausage puffs with cheese in the oven at 180–200 degrees Celsius. As soon as an appetizing blush appears, take them out and serve. Doing all this is incredibly simple.

We offer a different cooking option, different from the traditional one, no less appetizing and original, in the form of small spiral-twisted buns. They are very easy to prepare: a package of puff pastry and sausages - that’s probably all the ingredients.

Preparation
Prepare the ingredients. The puff pastry must first be defrosted at room temperature until soft and placed on a floured table. We cut the sausages into thin slices of the same size. One sausage will yield approximately 4 thin slices.
Cut the puff pastry into thin strips and brush each one with yolk. We place sausage slices on thin strips of dough, one by one, not reaching 3-4 centimeters from one edge, so that the edges can be joined.
Now tightly roll the dough with sausages, from the filled edge to the empty one. We connect the edge, press it. Then we grease the product with yolk to give it an appetizing golden color when baking.
The sausages should be baked for 25–30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, look at their appearance: if they become golden and risen, they are ready. Ready-made hot products can be greased with butter to make them more appetizing.

How to cook sausage in puff pastry without yeast in the oven?
To prepare this type you will need slightly different ingredients. First, you need to take yeast-free puff pastry. It is also sold in the store. Secondly, this base turns out to be drier, so you will need mayonnaise or sauce to lubricate the “insides” of the puff pastry.
So, first you need to defrost the dough in any way: “naturally”, in the microwave, or put the dough near the radiator. Then you need to divide it into strips 4-5 centimeters wide. Grease each piece with mayonnaise or sauce. Place the sausage on top and roll the piece into a spiral shape.
