This salad looks great with nuts. You can add 2-3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts, then the taste will be much brighter. The cooking process is as simple as possible, it doesn’t even take half an hour.

  1. Jars of pineapples need to be opened. It’s worth buying in pieces right away so as not to waste time on cutting.
  2. The cheese needs to be grated on a coarse grater. This is the main ingredient. It is best to buy cheese of sufficient quality. Parmesan tastes great.

You will need:

  • 180 g sugar;
  • 200 g sour cream (15-20%);

The pie is prepared like this:

  1. Lightly beat the egg with a fork;

  7. Pre-butter a mold (24-26 cm round or sawaren) and sprinkle with flour. (you can make a small layer of sugar on top of the flour - then the finished product will have a caramel crust);

  8. Lay out the dough, distribute it evenly (you can tap the pan a little on the table - this way the dough will “scatter” around the pan on its own);

  9. Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour, preheat the oven; check readiness - use a toothpick (it should come out dry and without lumps from the center of the pie);

  10. Serve completely cooled, you can even keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Option with mushrooms

Mushrooms occupy one of the main places on a vegetarian menu. This is well deserved. The most important thing is to combine all the ingredients correctly to reveal the flavors. This salad turns out to be surprisingly satisfying and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g – canned pineapples;
  • 100 g – hard cheese;
  • 200 g – champignons;
  • 2 pcs – eggs;
  • 1 bunch – dill;
  • mayonnaise, salt to taste.

This recipe is only relevant for those who allow eggs in their diet. However, they can be easily removed; the taste changes, but not radically.

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece – fresh pineapple;
  • 4 tbsp – boiled rice;
  • 4 tbsp. - sunflower oil;
  • 2 pcs – shallots;
  • 3 cloves – garlic;
  • 1 piece – chili pepper;
  • 100 g – cashews;
  • 0.5 tbsp. – peas;
  • 1 piece – egg;
  • 0.25 tbsp. - raisin;
  • curry seasoning;
  • 1 tsp sugar;
  • greenery.

It is very important to cook rice correctly. It should remain crumbly. After cooking, you can add a little vegetable oil to achieve a rice-to-rice effect.

  1. In a frying pan you need to fry chopped shallots, crushed garlic, chopped chili peppers. One minute is enough.
  2. The egg is broken directly into the fry and mixed.
  3. A little water, curry and sugar are added for stewing.
  4. Cashews will add a very tasty aroma to such a roast.

This dish is served in an original way. It is placed in pineapple halves and placed on the table. This is a festive option that can surprise not only with its taste, but also with its appearance. Of course, you will have to tinker with this pilaf, but the result is worth it.

How to make a delicious pineapple curd pie:

First, let's prepare the dough. We take a fairly deep bowl in which we melt the margarine - over low heat or using a microwave until it becomes liquid. Add salt, soda, sugar, egg to it - mix a little and start adding flour.

Knead the shortbread dough.

After kneading it, set the bowl aside and prepare the curd filling. First, let's open the jar of pineapples and let the juice drain well, since we will need them dried so that almost all of the juice drips out. Let's take another deep bowl, drive the eggs into it and beat them into a light foam. Add granulated sugar and beat again. Pour in the cottage cheese and vanilla and use a blender to mix the curd filling until it becomes smooth and there are no lumps of cottage cheese (you can also first rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then simply mix at low speed using a mixer). The filling is ready.

Take a mold (I used a springform mold with a fairly large diameter of 26 cm). Then you need to line the bottom and sides of the mold with baking paper (in my case, I didn’t have the required amount of baking paper - I got out of the situation using plain white A4 paper. First, I cut it into the required shapes and thoroughly oiled it with vegetable oil.

Place the shortbread dough on the bottom and level it with your fingers over the entire pan and sides to a thickness of no more than 1 cm.

Then pour the curd filling into the sand base.

First along the edge, then into the middle. All the washers from the jar fit on the pie. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. When the time is up, you need to reduce the degrees to 180 and leave our pie in the oven for another 20 minutes. The cake turns out very beautiful and tender. Let it cool a little so that the curd filling fixes its shape.
