In its pure form, many people eat it with great reluctance and in cases of extreme necessity.

However, there are many ways to make fillet more juicy and attractive in terms of taste. Why just marinate it? For example, in soy sauce. Moreover, this method requires fairly quick preparation. That is, you don’t need to bother with the oven, everything can be done on the stove. And we want to offer you several options for preparing such a dish and tell you how to cook chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan. The recipes offered below are quite simple and do not require a special set of ingredients. But first, a few words about the sauce itself.

The easiest way

This recipe, according to which chicken fillet is cooked in soy sauce in a frying pan, can certainly be called the simplest. The set of ingredients in this case is minimal, as is the cooking time itself. To bring it to life, you will only need half a kilogram (if you have a large frying pan, you can take more) of chicken fillet, four tablespoons of soy sauce, the same amount of vegetable oil and a pinch of black pepper. You don’t even need salt here, since the sauce is already completely saturated with it.

I like meat cooked with soy sauce. Chicken drumsticks come out with a thin crispy crust, and the inside is tender and juicy. If the sauce is prepared correctly and has gone through the fermentation stage, then you will only benefit from it.

But since this product is very salty, moderation must be observed.

What you will need:

  • 1 kg chicken legs;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 ml soy sauce;
  • 50 ml mayonnaise;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt;

What should be done?

Cut the meat very thinly into long strips. Pour soy sauce + vegetable oil into the meat, then pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Leave it like this to marinate. Preferably for half an hour, but if you are in a hurry, then 15 minutes will be enough. Then fry in oil and fairly high heat, stirring constantly. If you get a lot of meat, then it’s better to fry the chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan in portions. So that it only covers the bottom of the dish and does not lie in layers. This will not take much time, since four minutes will be enough to prepare one serving. Fried cauliflower is a great side dish for it. But in principle, you can get by with mashed potatoes or vegetable salad. It will still turn out to be a very tasty dish.

Complicating the recipe

Naturally, you can cook chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan in other ways. Moreover, having tried to implement all the options we have proposed, you will understand that dry white meat can be very tasty and juicy. But let's get back to our recipe. So, let's get ready. We cut half a kilogram of fillet in the same way as in the previous case - into thin strips. Place the meat in a bowl, pour in four tablespoons of sauce, stir and leave to marinate. Ten minutes will be enough. Then pour three tablespoons of starch into the meat and stir. Fry the chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan over high heat and vegetable oil, after adding a few cloves of chopped garlic (adjust the amount to taste). After five minutes, you will need to pour in half a glass of chicken broth, after which you need to keep the pan on the fire until the dish thickens. Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds, which must first be fried.

First, we’ll look in detail at how to cook whole chicken in soy sauce in the oven according to the classic recipe. This method is a little similar to the tobacco chicken recipe, only much simpler and faster in time. The total time you will spend will take no more than 2 hours. We will bake the chicken in the oven in a soy marinade, so the meat will be more tender and less fatty.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken carcass - 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 6 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • Oregano - 1 tsp.
  • Sesame - 1 tsp.
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons

Step 1.

Let's start cooking. Preparing the carcass begins with cleaning it, rinse it and remove all feathers. Be sure to remove excess fat and rump. Next, place the carcass breast side up and cut it in half along the sternum. Open the chicken like a book. Once you cut the chicken, remove any excess inside and rinse again. To keep the chicken meat soft, cover it with a bag and lightly beat it with a hammer.

Step 2.

The next step in preparing the dish is the marinade. Mix crushed garlic with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the resulting pulp. spoons and 1 teaspoon each of oregano, paprika, mustard and sesame seeds. Mix everything thoroughly. It's time to put the chicken in the oven. Salt the carcass on both sides and place it on a baking sheet back up, then brush it with soy marinade. Place the greased chicken in the oven at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Be sure to add 50-100 ml to the chicken. water, water will save the meat from drying out and will be useful to you in the future for obtaining a crust.

Throughout the cooking time, baste the chicken with the sauce in which it is cooked approximately every 15-20 minutes. Towards the end of cooking you will see the chicken browning. — Chicken — 1 pc. - Soy sauce - 7 tbsp. spoon - Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons - Curry - 1/2 teaspoon - Garlic - 3 cloves - Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon - Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons - Ground pepper - Salt

1. Rinse the chicken carcass thoroughly, prepare for use by removing excess fat, trimming the rump and cleaning the inside. In a separate bowl, prepare soy-honey sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, curry, grated garlic cloves, ginger and vegetable oil. Season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper. Rub the whole chicken with this marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak it in the marinade.

2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the chicken. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the chicken for 1 hour.

3. Every 20 minutes, pour the soy-honey marinade and the resulting juice over the chicken, this will give the chicken an appetizing golden brown crust.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not add salt because soy sauce is very salty and it is enough to make all the other ingredients in this dish salty enough.

Preparation:

The chicken fillet should be washed with cold running water and cut into small (we focus on 3-5 cm along the longest side, without perfectionism: we will not measure with a ruler) pieces into cubes or cubes.

The carrots, of course, also need to be washed, peeled and cut into thin strips (you can chop them, as for Korean carrots, using the appropriate device - this significantly speeds up the process). If you add bell peppers (we didn’t add them this time), wash them first, wipe them, then remove the seeds and cut them into thin strips.

We need to peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings or quarter rings.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut crosswise into very thin petal slices.

Heat a deep frying pan very high, pour 1-1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan, then place the chicken fillet cut into pieces into the frying pan. At a high heat level, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown (this will take 10-15 minutes, do not forget to stir the chicken pieces 2-3 times during this time so that they fry more or less evenly on all sides). When the chicken pieces are fried, temporarily place them from the frying pan into another bowl - let them “wait in the wings.”

Meanwhile, add 2 more tablespoons of vegetable oil to the frying pan (still on high) and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry them, stirring, for a couple of minutes until the onion begins to change color to golden, and you should already notice the distinct smell of frying garlic.

Add chopped carrots (or bell peppers, if you like) to the pan, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes to soften the vegetables. Then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and granulated sugar, mix everything and, continuing to stir, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Reduce the heat level to low, return the fried pieces of chicken fillet to the pan, mix everything again (watch our video recipe!).

Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer the chicken and vegetables on low heat for another 20 minutes (during this time you need to open the lid 2-3 times and stir the contents of the frying pan).

Fry over very high heat, stirring constantly.

Chicken breast in soy sauce - tricks and useful tips

The chicken fillet must be chopped into pieces of the same size so that they stew evenly.

It is better to use fresh ginger for the marinade. The product has the desired pungency and spiciness. It will be able to soften meat pieces.

Soy sauce contains a lot of salt, so there is no need to add salt separately to the marinade.

Salt is the worst of all seasonings. It rids the meat of its aromatic juices, making it dry. It is better to use ginger and aromatic herbs. This way the chicken will have a varied taste and maintain its juiciness.

Ingredients.

Wash the chicken breast first, place it in a sieve, dry it and place it on a tea towel. Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into not very small cubes.

Remove skin from chicken, if any. Don't throw it away, wrap it and store it in the freezer. It can be useful for meatloaves. Cut the chicken breast into rectangular pieces.

Place the chopped onion and meat in a bowl.

Pour the contents of the bowl with soy sauce and stir.

Add one spoon at a time to the flour solution, stirring all the sour cream.
