3. After the sauce has cooled a little, it has become even thicker, add a raw egg to it and stir very thoroughly again.

5. Add 3 tbsp to the chopped fillet. spoons of sauce and mix everything, let it sit for a little bit for better soaking in the sauce.
6. Place half of the onion cut into half rings on the bottom of the baking dish and then place pieces of meat and sauce on top of it.
7. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place them on top of the meat, add a little salt and distribute the remaining onion on top.
8. Next, pour out all the sauce and, slightly disturbing the surface of the contents, use a fork to help the sauce penetrate inside.
9. Then cover the contents of the mold on top with a layer of grated cheese and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- Place the softened chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, pepper and add spices and seasonings to your liking. Leave the meat to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with a baking mat or foil and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Place the fillet pieces in one layer, brush with mayonnaise using a kitchen silicone brush or spoon.
- Open the can of pineapple, drain the water, cut the fruit into small pieces and place on top of the fillet.
- Grind the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle chicken and pineapples on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, place a baking sheet with meat there. Cook the fillet for about 40 minutes.
- To serve, place the cooked meat on a plate covered with lettuce leaves.

- Chicken legs – 700 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece

3. Next, cut the zucchini, red onion and garlic cloves into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle olive oil over the top and mix.
4. Sprinkle spices on top of the vegetables and chicken; stirring is not necessary, since during the baking process, when the juices are released from the vegetables and chicken, they will give the effect we need anyway.
5. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. After it is completely heated, move the baking sheet into it. Bake the dish for about an hour. To check readiness, pierce the potatoes; if they are soft, then the baking sheet can be removed from the oven and the dish is ready.
