  1. Soak prunes in hot water before cooking. After it has been in boiling water, cut it into small pieces. It is better to use matte-colored prunes; if they are glossy and shiny, this indicates that they contain a lot of chemistry.
  2. Now let's move on to the orange. Let's peel it. Divide it into slices, remove the film and remove the seeds, if any. Cut into small pieces, one slice into about three parts.
  3. Crab sticks, also cut into medium-sized cubes.
  4. Chop the walnuts finely and fry them a little.
  5. Let's take special containers for serving salad in portions. The cocktail will be in the following order: chicken, orange, nuts, prunes, crab sticks. Put mayonnaise and greens on top of the salad.

Orange adds freshness and citrus flavor. Prunes add a slightly smoky flavor, and chicken makes the salad hearty. To make the cocktail more dietary, use yogurt instead of mayonnaise. You can add a little lemon juice and olive oil to the yogurt. Add spices to the cocktail at your discretion.
