Ingredients: 200 g fresh frozen cauliflower, 200 g fresh frozen broccoli, 100 g potatoes, 100 g onions, 12-16 pcs. shrimp 16/20, salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil, toast bread, garlic, dried sweet paprika, parsley.

Cooking process: Cut the onion and potatoes into thin half rings. Fry the onion until golden brown. Add potatoes and fry everything together. Carefully pour cauliflower and broccoli into the plate from both edges, garnish with shrimp and parsley. Serve with croutons.

Fettuccine with salmon

Ingredients: 320 g fettuccine, 50 g cream (33%), 4 yolks, 200 g salmon fillet, 80 ml dry white wine, 120 g spinach, 60 g porcini mushrooms, 80 g parmesan, 50 mo olive oil, olive oil - 50 ml, salt, pepper.

Cooking process: Boil fettuccine in salted water until tender, drain. Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until half cooked, add a small amount of water and simmer until tender. Cut the salmon into large cubes, add salt and pepper, fry in oil until half cooked, add wine and finely chopped spinach. Fry until done. Combine with boiled pasta, stir, add cream, add mushrooms.
