The secret to successful salads lies in the correct proportion of nutritious and refreshing ingredients. Even if the appetizer consists only of greens, mayonnaise or a rich aioli sauce will make the dish filling. And of course, it is simply impossible to put together a salad from meat or fish alone. Something else needs to be added. And ideal in terms of the ratio of satiating and refreshing components is a salad with chicken and cucumber. Skinless chicken breast is considered the most dietary type of meat. It contains little fat (about two percent), but a lot of protein. - 2-3 tbsp. vinegar;
- 3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise;

How to cook:
1. Cut the beef into thin strips, add salt and pepper, pour 1 tbsp. vinegar. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes right on the table.
2. Grate the carrots and beets using a Korean carrot grater. Place on separate plates, lightly sprinkle with salt and sugar, and drizzle with 1 tsp. vinegar. Mix the vegetables well and leave for a few minutes.
3. Finely chop the cabbage, season like other vegetables, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and lightly crush with your hands.
4. Shred the potatoes using a carrot grater and rinse 3-4 times to remove starch. Dry with a paper towel.

Grind a large pickled cucumber (or two small ones) in the same way as the breast. Cover the top with a layer of chopped onion half.
