To bake a delicious dessert, it is advisable to choose soft, fatty cottage cheese. The dry crumbly product is first diluted in a small amount of milk and thoroughly ground to a paste.

Eggs, granulated sugar and softened butter are placed in a bowl with pre-prepared cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then sifted flour and baking powder are gradually added to the container. The result should be a thick, but at the same time sticky dough, which is placed in prepared molds. It is important not to fill them to the very brim.

Future curd muffins are baked in molds in an oven heated to one hundred and thirty degrees. After the dough has hardened, the temperature is raised slightly so that the products are thoroughly browned. The finished dessert is removed from the oven, cooled and served with tea. If desired, sprinkle it with powdered sugar or pour over chocolate glaze.
