Heat the resulting mass over the fire, but do not bring it to a boil. After cooking, spread it on croutons and put it in the oven for a while.

How to make garlic croutons in the oven

Garlic croutons from a loaf are an excellent snack for the road, a complete breakfast and a very tasty snack.

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 40-50 ml.

Then generously spread mascarpone and sugar onto 6 slices of bread and place sliced ​​strawberries on top. Top each toast with a second slice of bread.

Stir and then beat the eggs, milk, zest, remaining sugar and cinnamon well. Heat the butter in a frying pan, dip the croutons one by one into the resulting milk mixture so that they are well soaked. After this, place in a frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides. It is necessary to fry until golden brown.

Croutons with mozzarella

  • bread – 8 slices
  • mozzarella – 150 gr.
  • oregano – 1 tbsp (fresh), 1 tsp. (dried)
