  • 0.5 kg minced meat;
  • ½ tbsp. rice;
  • 1+1 onion (for hedgehogs and for gravy);
  • 1 cold egg;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • salt, sugar, pepper, herbs.

Cooking steps:

  1. Boil the rice until half cooked.
  2. To form “hedgehogs” we take twisted meat, finely chopped onion, cooled rice, egg, add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

  1. Pork plus omelette. The first step is to beat 2 eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk. Add bell pepper cubes and dill. Fry in a frying pan until cooked, then cut into strips and roll together with the minced meat.

  2. Cabbage is the head of everything. First, onions are stewed with carrots and shredded cabbage. Then a piece of meat is beaten, the filling is wrapped in it and tied with thread. After frying, the rope is cut off, but the rolls continue to be stewed in horseradish sauce.

  3. Minced pork and beef with prunes. Wash and finely chop the prunes. Mix it with hard cheese (50 g), ground nuts and crushed garlic. Place the filling on pancakes made from minced meat and combine like a pie.

  4. Carrot and onion mix. Cut the onion into strips and grate one carrot on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables in a little oil and fill the zrazy with minced chicken.

  5. Duet: cheese and pickled cucumber. This is a completely unconventional solution for pork and chicken cutlets, but it still sounds appetizing.   6. Rice or buckwheat to choose from. One of these boiled cereals can be mixed with boiled eggs. In this case, greens should be added to this mixture. It could even be cilantro.

  7. Vegetable stew. As an experiment, some people bread broccoli with cauliflower. In addition, you can simply boil green peas and mix them with herbs, as well as dried apricots. Another option is sauerkraut, which will add a special flavor to the dish.

To prepare the filling, you often have to fry a lot of ingredients. In this case, you need to choose lean meats. Otherwise, you will end up with a dish called “+3 kg to your figure.”

At the same time, you can use flour, semolina or crackers for breading. As you can see, almost all the products that the housewife has in her “arsenal” are suitable for creating this dish. A side dish for such meat dishes will be mashed potatoes, porridge or spaghetti. If the filling contains cereal, then a spring salad of cucumbers, herbs and radishes is most suitable for juicy cutlets. At the same time, do not neglect drinks. Such “delicacies” go well with red wine and even cognac. Freshly squeezed sweet and sour juice successfully complements this idyll of tastes.
