Ingredients:
- boiled water – 500 ml;
- yeast (pressed) – 25 g;
- table salt – 2-3 teaspoons. spoons;
- granulated sugar - 1 table. spoon;
- sifted flour - 5 cups.
On a note! Don’t be lazy to sift the flour, then the loaf will be fluffy and tender. And of course, the product must be of the highest quality.
Preparation:
- Let's prepare all the ingredients we need for baking. Let us soak them for about fifteen minutes in room conditions in advance.
- Place the yeast, salt and granulated sugar in a convenient container.
- We heat the water to a temperature threshold of 39-40 degrees.
- Pour it over the prepared ingredients.
- Stir until the structure is homogeneous.
- Sift the flour and pour it into a container in small portions.
- Mix the loaf base with a spoon. We work until we get an elastic bun.
- Cover the container with a dry and clean towel and leave for a couple of hours. During this time our foundation will rise.
- Take out the dough and knead it lightly. Again we form a bun out of it.
- We divide the base into two equal parts.
- We form oblong-shaped loaves from it.
- Using a sharp knife, make not too deep cuts, as shown in the photo below. Grease a baking sheet with unflavored vegetable oil and place the baked goods.
- Let's leave it for half an hour.
- We bake the products at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees until the loaves acquire a beautiful golden brown crust. This will take approximately forty minutes. Ready!

Firstly, now all sorts of flour improvers are often added to bread that is sold in a store or bakery; my recipe uses only water, yeast, flour, salt and vegetable oil.
Secondly, the loaves that we will bake will cost you pennies.
Thirdly, it’s always nice when there is a lot of food and homemade decorations on the table, especially on such a magical family holiday.
You put your love for your loved ones, care and warmth into all this, creating a special, sincere atmosphere of celebration and family in your home. I don’t understand at all when family holidays are celebrated with custom-made food, with a cake prepared by some auntie and surrounded by unfamiliar people.
Is it really so difficult to find time and make a holiday for your loved ones with your own hands? You love them, so you give them your attention, warmth and care.
Ingredients:
1. Flour - 850 - 900 gr.
2. Live yeast (pressed) - 20 g.
3. Water - 500 ml.
4. Sugar - 1 tbsp.
5. Salt - 1 tsp.
6. Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
Cooking method:
1. Heat the water to approximately 36°C and dissolve the yeast in it, adding a spoonful of sugar and a couple of spoonfuls of flour. Tie tightly with a napkin or cling film and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until bubbles appear.
2. After a “cap” forms on the surface, you can add the remaining ingredients. Pour in vegetable oil, add 300 g. sifted flour and salt. Knead everything until smooth. Add another 300 grams. flour and mix again.
3. Sift 200 - 250 g. flour on the table and knead the dough. You need to knead for about 10 minutes. The dough will remain a little sticky, but you don't need to add any more flour.
4. Place the dough in a suitable large container, close tightly and place in a warm place to rise.
After about 40-50 minutes, the dough will rise well and will need to be kneaded. This can be done on a table dusted with flour or with hands dipped in cold water, directly in the pan. After this, put the dough back in a warm place.
5. After 40-50 minutes, the dough will rise well again, now it needs to be placed on a table dusted with flour, knocked out and divided into parts. It all depends on how many loaves you want to make. I made two, but you can make three from this amount of dough.
You can generally prepare a lot of small loaves (weighing about 200 grams) and decorate them with sesame seeds, cheese, garlic with mayonnaise and whatever you want.
6. Form the loaves, place them on a baking sheet and make cuts. I greased one loaf at the cut points with ground paprika mixed with vegetable oil (can be replaced with olive oil).
Leave the prepared loaves to proof in a warm place without drafts for 15-20 minutes. Remember, you can’t leave them for a long time, otherwise they will lose their shape. And also don’t forget, the smaller the product, the less time it takes to proof.
Bake:
7. Preheat the oven to 200-220°C and bake the loaves until done, about 15 minutes. Check your oven to see if they bake a little faster or slower. Place the finished bread on a cooling rack.

- French baguette – 1 piece;
- garlic head;
- parsley;
- soft butter – 170 g;
- blend of Italian herbs.

Preparation:
- Melt the soft butter. This can be done using a water bath or in a microwave oven.
- Wash the parsley, dry it and finely chop it with a knife.
