  1. There is no need to stir the dough before frying; use a spoon to take out as much edge as you need for one serving.
  2. Fry them over medium heat with the lid on. As soon as they are covered with holes, turn them over to the other side and reduce the heat.

  4. If you want to make it with fruit, add a little. And if the fruit is juicy, the juice must be squeezed out first.

1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and salt, beat in the egg.

2. Heat the milk until warm and pour it into the dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon into a thick, fluffy dough. Cover it with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour. It should become airy, porous and rise 2 times.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a little vegetable oil. Use a spoon to scoop out a small amount of dough (without stirring it so it doesn't settle) and place it in the pan, forming pancakes.

4. When they are fried on one side, turn them over to the other, reduce the heat, cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes. This way they will have time to bake inside and won’t end up soggy.

Chicken pancakes

This appetizer is perfect for both a holiday dinner and a Sunday breakfast with the family. To prepare yeast pancakes with chicken, it will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp wheat flour;
  • 10 g dry yeast;
  • 300 g boiled chicken;

  • 2 eggs;
  • 500 ml warm water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

  1. First we make the dough. In a separate bowl, dissolve dry yeast in warm boiled water. Please note that the water must be at room temperature, otherwise the dough will not turn out.

  2. Separately sift the flour and add the yeast mass to it. Stir, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, beat eggs with salt and sugar. Then add to the flour mixture and leave in a warm place for another half hour.
  4. After the dough has risen, you can proceed to frying.
  5. Pour about 5 tbsp into a well-heated frying pan. spoons of vegetable oil. Place heaps of dough on top with a spoon at a distance of 3 cm from each other. Then place pieces of boiled chicken on them and cover with another layer of dough. We bake like regular pancakes.

Instead of chicken, you can put pork, beef or mushrooms. Serve with sour cream.

How to cook fluffy pancakes with milk and dry yeast with apples

A great alternative to pies, only simpler. This way you can add any soft fruit (if it’s too juicy, squeeze it a little) or berries - bananas, cranberries, and blueberries are perfect. I also made it with sweet pumpkin, just grated it on a coarse grater and squeezed out the juice. It also turned out very tasty.

Components

  • Flour - 225 g
  • Dry yeast - 6 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Milk – 225 g
  • Sugar - 9 g
  • Powdered sugar - 50 g
  • Apple - 1 pc.

1. In a deep plate, mix yeast with sugar and pour in warm milk. Stir the mixture with a spoon.

2. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and milk mixture. Beat in the egg and stir with a spatula. The dough should be thick and viscous, but not dry. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour to rise.

3. Peel and core the apple, cut into small cubes. You can immediately mix it into the dough if there is not much of it (when it rises). But since fruits release juice, it is better to add them to a small amount of batter immediately before frying - it will not be watery and the pancakes will be even fluffier.

4. Place the balls into a heated frying pan with a spoon and fry over medium heat. Make sure that they are well baked inside and do not burn.

Recipe for delicious yeast pancakes with raisins

Do you like baked goods with various fruit additives? Try adding raisins to the dough - it makes them sweeter and even tastier.

To prevent it from settling in the dough and burning, you can put a few pieces inside when placing the dough in the pan.

Product Set

  • Flour - 300 g
  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Raisins – 70 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Vanillin - 0.25 tsp.

  • Milk - 2 cups

A good addition to tea would be these delicious pancakes, which are as easy as pie to prepare. These pancakes rise faster and turn out softer and fluffier than those made with milk.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 500 g;
  • Flour - 2 cups;
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • Yeast - 3 teaspoons (fast-acting);
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;

And this recipe is completely without eggs, and they turn out no worse than regular ones. Therefore, you can safely cook without them, especially since this recipe, in my opinion, is the simplest.

  4. Place the yeast dough for pancakes in a warm place, cover the top with a towel and leave to rise for about 40 minutes.
  5. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil.

How to cook delicious milk pancakes with pumpkin

If you haven't tried pumpkin pancakes yet, be sure to make them. It is very tasty, but the fruit must be taken of sweet varieties. The baked goods turn out juicy, aromatic, with a beautiful golden hue.

  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Pumpkin – 800 g
  • Pressed yeast - 25 g
  • Sugar - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Flour - 470 g
  • Water – 30-50 ml
  • Vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

1. Peel the pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan. The smaller the pieces, the faster it will cook. Pour in 50 ml of water, cover with a lid and cook over low heat.

2. After 15-20 minutes, taste - if it is soft, remove from heat.

3. Use a blender to puree it and leave it for a while to cool slightly.

4. Place a piece of pressed yeast in a separate container and fill it with warm milk. Add sugar and a pinch of salt and whisk until all ingredients are dissolved.

5. Pour the cooled pumpkin puree into the resulting mixture.

6. Now add the sifted flour. The density of the dough should be similar to very thick homemade sour cream. If it is runny, add more flour.

7. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place to allow the yeast to react. When you see that it has become airy and porous, and its volume has doubled, it is ready. Using a spatula, scrape it off the sides of the container and stir gently so that it settles a little.

8. Place dough balls in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, forming a round shape.

9. As soon as they are browned on the bottom, pry them with a fork and turn them over to the other side. Place the finished fluffy pancakes on a dish and pour over the jam. To remove excess oil, place them on a paper napkin, it will absorb excess fat.
