Preparation:

  1. Rinse the hearts, pat dry with a napkin, season with salt, ground pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, wine and garlic.
  2. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  4. Remove the hearts from the marinade (do not pour out the liquid!) and fry for 15 minutes, stirring two or three times.
