  • 1 measuring cup of flour;
  • lemon juice (about a teaspoon).

To prepare, take a large bowl and mix:

  1. Brown sugar.
  2. Add orange and lemon juice to it.
  3. Pour in the sunflower oil and beat everything until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the sifted flour and knead until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  5. Dilute baking soda in water and pour into the dough. Mix everything well again.
  6. The mixture is poured into a mold with pre-cut and laid out apples (grease the bottom of the mold with oil and lightly dust with either semolina or breadcrumbs).
  7. The oven is heated to 190 degrees, baking time is 1 hour. After this, the oven is turned off, the form with the charlotte should remain in the oven for about 50 minutes.
