Try to choose riper persimmons to avoid an astringent taste. The variety “Korolek” or chocolate persimmon is suitable, but such varieties contain less vitamin C.

To make the persimmon pie in the oven fluffy, remove all the ingredients from the refrigerator in advance and add them when they reach room temperature.

The persimmon flavor fits into curd dough, is well suited for chocolate sponge cake and goes well with apples. If you want a more delicate and refined dessert, cover it with cheese glaze.

Chocolate pie with persimmon

Such pastries will create a festive mood on your table - persimmon fits perfectly into a chocolate pie and adds brightness. Preparing a pie is very simple, if you are taking your first steps in baking, take this recipe into service.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 3 tbsp cocoa;
  • 4 persimmons;
  • 5 tablespoons of powder.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the persimmons - rinse, remove seeds and greens. Grind 3 pieces in a blender. If the skin of the persimmon is quite dense, then it is better to remove it first.
  2. Take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave it to soften at room temperature. As soon as it becomes soft, add sugar and yolks to it. Whisk.
  4. Add chopped persimmon to the resulting mixture.
  5. Add flour in a thin stream, baking powder and 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
  6. Mix the resulting dough thoroughly.
  7. Beat the egg whites with a mixer - they should rise and double in volume.
  8. Pour the whites into the dough.
  9. Fill the prepared form with dough and place in the oven (180°C) for an hour.
  10. While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Cut 1 persimmon into pieces. Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa and powder to it. Grind with a blender or beat with a mixer.
  11. When the cake is ready, pour sweet glaze over it.

Cooking step by step:

To prepare jellied pie with persimmons, we will need the following ingredients: persimmon, wheat flour (I used premium, but you can also use first grade), kefir of any fat content (in my case 2.5%), medium-sized chicken eggs (45-50 grams each ), butter (at least 72% fat), granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, baking soda and a little fine salt to balance the taste. When working with bulk dough, all products must be at room temperature, so do not forget to remove them from the refrigerator in advance and leave them on the table for about an hour.

Immediately turn on the oven to warm up at 180 degrees, since the preparation will take a maximum of 20 minutes. Wash the persimmon, dry it and cut it with the skin into medium pieces, removing the stalk. The total weight of persimmons is about 300 grams, that is, take one very large fruit or a couple of medium ones. If there are seeds, of course, remove them.

Weigh the wheat flour (250 grams), mix it with half a teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt. We sift everything to get rid of lumps and foreign impurities.

Pie with persimmons and apples

Apples add a slight sourness, compensating for the excessive sweetness from persimmons. An appetizing and beautiful fruit pie will be a non-trivial snack for tea.

Ingredients:

  • half a glass of flour;
  • 2 persimmons;
  • 2 apples;
  • 150 gr. butter;
  • ½ lemon;
  • 1\2 teaspoons baking powder;
  • 150 gr. Sahara;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 gr. oatmeal;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Cut a small piece of butter. Melt it in a frying pan. Pour in the oatmeal and fry until a crust appears on the oats.
  2. In a separate container, combine softened butter and sugar. Grind into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Add eggs to the oil mixture and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Add baking powder.
  4. Add flour in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  5. Add toasted cereal. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  7. Cut the fruit into cubes and place on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C.

How to bake a pie with persimmon and lemon filling

A completely easy recipe from Italian cuisine, this pie can be prepared together with the children on the weekend.

  • Flour – 350 gr.
  • Persimmon – 650 gr.
  • Sugar – 200 gr.
  • Lemon.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil – 50 ml.
  • Baking powder - a small spoon.

Step-by-step preparation of persimmon pie:

  1. First, prepare puree from the fruit pulp using any available method (blender, fork).
  2. Separately, beat the sugar and eggs until foamy, pour in the butter and continue beating.
  3. Without interruption, add lemon zest to the mixture, then, continuing, fruit puree.
  4. In another container, combine flour and baking powder, mix and begin adding to the fruit mixture. The dough will be thick.
  5. Fold the dough into a greased pan and cook the baked goods at 180°C for 45-50 minutes. Decorate with frosting if desired.

Curd pie with persimmon

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • 0.7 kg cottage cheese;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 180 gr. butter;
  • 2 persimmons;
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder;
  • 50 gr. sour cream.

Preparation:

  1. Mix half the amount of flour with baking powder.
  2. In a separate container, grind the softened butter with half the total amount of sugar.
  3. Pour the flour into the butter mixture in a thin stream.
  4. Add 3 eggs, introducing them into the dough one at a time.
  5. Stir, form the dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Separately knead the second half of the dough. To do this, combine cottage cheese, 3 eggs, remaining sugar, sour cream. Stir.
  7. Add the remaining flour in a thin stream and the persimmons cut into small pieces.
  8. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Place it in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  9. Place curd dough on top.
  10. Bake the pie for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Persimmon pie with cheese glaze

You can create a delicate and unusual dessert from a pie if you top it with cheese glaze. Such pastries can replace a cake and become your favorite holiday dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • ½ lemon;
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 180 gr. butter;
  • 150 gr. soft cheese;
  • 70 gr. walnuts;
  • 2 persimmons;
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Roast nuts if necessary. Then grind.
  2. Wash the persimmon, remove the seeds, and grind in a blender.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. In a separate container, combine softened butter, chopped persimmon and eggs. Beat with a blender.
  5. Add bulk ingredients to the oil mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  6. Add nuts.
  7. Fill the form with the resulting dough. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  8. While the cake is cooking, make the frosting. Combine 1 tablespoon of butter and cheese. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add the powder. Add a little water at room temperature (4-5 tablespoons). Stir.
  9. When the cake is ready, cover it with frosting.

Pie on yeast dough with apples and persimmons

An incredibly popular pie recipe with sweet sunny fruit.
Take:

  • Persimmon – 400 gr. pulp.
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon 2 more.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Flour – 200 gr.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 70 gr.
  • Baking powder - teaspoon.
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt.

How to bake persimmon pie:

  1. I advise you to take the ripest fruit that is not astringent. Scoop out the persimmon pulp with a spoon and grind it into a puree.
  2. Warm the butter slightly, making it soft, add sugar, beat in the yolks and beat with a blender.
  3. Add 300 g to the mass. fruit pulp, add flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly and work on the whites.
  4. Beat the whites, adding a pinch of salt until they form peaks, add them to the dough and knead again until smooth.
  5. While the oven is heating up to 180°C, place baking paper in a springform pan, lay out the dough and bake the sponge cake. Baking duration is an hour.
  6. While baking is in progress, make the chocolate drizzle over the pie. Combine the remaining persimmon puree with the remaining cocoa (spoon) and powder. Whisk.
  7. The pie can be poured after it has cooled. Top with persimmon slices.

Take:

  • Flour – 70 gr.
  • Gelatin - Art. spoon.
  • Water – 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Sour cream – 500 ml.
  • Persimmon.
  • Egg.
  • Sugar – large spoon 50 g.
  1. Pre-soak the gelatin in a glass of water. After an hour it is ready for use.
  2. Beat the egg with 50 gr. granulated sugar, add 2 large spoons of boiling water and slowly add flour. use the mixer until the dough is smooth. Bake at 200 o C.
  3. While the sponge cake is cooking, divide the persimmons into small pieces.
  4. Beat sour cream with a spoon of sugar. Dissolve gelatin over low heat and add sour cream.
  5. Take a mold, lay out some cling film so that parts of it fit over the sides of the mold. Place fruit slices on the bottom and fill with jelly mixture.
  6. Break the biscuit into pieces and place on the jelly part in any order.
  7. The penultimate step is to send the cake into the cold to harden.
  8. Turn the frozen pie onto a wide plate and remove the film.

  5. Leave part of the dough for decoration, divide the rest into 2 parts, a little more dough will go to the bottom, divide based on this.
  6. Roll out the bottom part, place baking paper on the bottom of the mold, coat with oil, and spread out the dough.
  7. Separate the egg whites, beat and brush half the amount onto the top of the dough. Spread the apple filling on top, roll out the next portion of dough and cover the apples.
  8. Brush the dough with the remaining protein, distribute the persimmon slices, sprinkle them with sugar (a spoon will do).
  9. From the dough left for decoration, cut out strips and stars and distribute beautifully between the slices.
  10. Beat the yolk, add a spoonful of milk and brush the pie. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 190°C.
