  • raisins - 100 g
  • rum or liqueur - 2 tbsp
  • poppy seed – 200 g
  • sugar - 125 g
  • zest - 1/2 lemon
  • butter or margarine - 50 g
  • milk - 125 ml

for curd soufflé:

  • cottage cheese - 2 packs
  • sugar - 125 g
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • starch - 2 tbsp.


Fill the raisins with liqueur and forget about it for a while.


Let's start preparing the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add vanillin and baking powder, egg and softened margarine. Using a fork, mash the mixture well.


And then quickly form the dough into a ball with your hands. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Heat the milk and sugar in a saucepan on the stove until it is completely dissolved.


Pour poppy seeds into hot milk syrup. You can boil it a little. Remove from the stove, cover with a lid and let stand for a while to swell. Then add raisins soaked in liqueur.

  6. Then sweeten the curd mixture. To do this, add about three tablespoons of granulated sugar. In general, the amount of sugar depends on you. At the same stage, add vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly until it has a homogeneous consistency.
