  • granulated sugar - a quarter cup (or a little less or more to taste);
  • squeezed lemon juice - one glass (200 g);
  • drinking water (do not use tap water) – 4-5 glasses (1-1.5 l);
  • whole lemon (with peel) – 1 pc.;
  • ice - optional.

Prepare a delicious drink:

  1. In a suitable container, for example, in a capacious decanter (with a wide neck), mix water and lemon juice (this takes 2-3 lemons).
  2. Add granulated sugar and stir until completely dissolved. The water should become clear.
  3. Wash/dry the whole lemon and cut into translucent round slices. Place in a decanter.
  4. Then there are two ways: add ice to the prepared lemonade and leave for 2-3 minutes. and serve. Or put the carafe in the refrigerator to cool for an hour and a half.

Serve in tall glasses with a straw, garnishing the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon.

If your family loves drinks with pulp, then after squeezing the juice you should not throw away the remaining lemon. Using a spoon, carefully collect the pulp, chop and add to the finished lemonade with or instead of chopped lemon slices.

Ingredients for the drink (yields 3.5-4 liters):

  • whole lemon – 5 pcs.;
  • lime fruits – 3 pcs.;
  • drinking water (bottled or filtered) – 3.5 l + 1 glass (200 ml);
  • lemon balm - 2-3 sprigs;
  • peppermint (ordinary) – 1-2 sprigs;
  • granulated sugar – 7 tbsp. spoons (or add/subtract to taste);
  • ice - 4-5 cubes per glass.

Prepare lemonade with lime like this:

  1. Extract the juice of four lemons and two limes by running the fruit through a juicer (using a food processor or using a manual attachment).
  2. Prepare sugar syrup in any of two ways: pour a glass of boiling water or heat it in a saucepan with a glass of water until the grains dissolve. Cool.
  3. Pour juices into a large container (pan, jar), add mint and lemon balm, stir. Pour in sugar syrup. Stir again and leave for a couple of minutes for the lemonade to infuse.
  4. Pour in the water, shake (or stir with a spoon). Place in the refrigerator, but not in the freezer, for 1.5-2 hours.
  5. Catch the leaves (or strain the drink through a sieve). Add fruits not used for juice, cut into translucent slices. Add to lemonade.

6. Serve in cocktail glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves, with plenty of ice.

If you don't have fresh mint or lemon balm on hand, use dried leaves. Don't be afraid - this won't affect the bright taste of homemade lemonade.

Orange and lemon lemonade

To prepare it you will need the following ingredients:

  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 500 gr.
  • Water – 5 l
  • Pan - 2 pcs.
  • Blender
  • Sieve

In order to prepare orange lemonade, you need to wash the oranges and lemon, cut into slices or cubes, as convenient, along with the peel. Then grind them with a blender to a porridge state, and place them in a saucepan with 4 liters of water, leave for 30 minutes so that the water absorbs the juice. In the meantime, we dilute the sugar in the remaining liter of water until it is completely dissolved. And mix our syrup No. 1 with sugar water. Mix well and leave for another 30 minutes. Strain our lemonade through a sieve. A refreshing drink full of vitamins and energy is ready. You can make caramel candies from the remaining zest.

Tarragon will not spoil lemonade: homemade spicy recipe with tarragon leaves

Tarragon gives drinks a surprisingly fresh and spicy taste. In addition, this plant has tonic properties: lemonade with tarragon invigorates and helps in the fight against numerous stresses.

Ingredients for lemonade with tarragon (yields 3 liters):

  • tarragon leaves (the plant is also often called tarragon) – 110-120 g;
  • lemon fruits (large) – 3 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar – 4-5 tbsp. spoons (adjust to taste);
  • drinking water (not tap) – 2 liters and 1 glass (200 g);
  • ice cubes to taste (on average 2-3 cubes per glass).

Prepare homemade lemonade with tarragon like this:

  1. Prepare tarragon. To do this, pick off the leaves; the stems are not needed, as they will give off bitterness and not the desired aroma. Leave a dozen leaves to decorate the glasses.
  2. Dissolve granulated sugar in one glass of heated water, pour the water into the pan and stir until the grains are completely dissolved. If desired, increase or decrease the amount of sugar to make the drink to your taste.
  3. Throw tarragon leaves into the resulting syrup. Place over low heat and bring to a boil, simmering for 10-12 minutes. Cool without putting in the refrigerator. At this time, the syrup with tarragon will have time to brew.
  4. Pass the cooled syrup with leaves through a blender so that the leaves are crushed and the taste and aroma are transferred into the syrup.
  5. Strain through a sieve and discard the remaining pulp.
  6. Prepare lemon juice from two lemons. Cut the third lemon into translucent slices.

Mint lemonade will be appreciated by those who love the refreshing and tonic taste of mint in their drinks. The recipe is easy to implement when you have your own summer cottage and bushes of this spicy plant grow on it.

You can’t walk past them without feeling the characteristic mint smell. Let us smell this smell in every glass of cool homemade mint lemonade!

Ingredients

In order to prepare 3 liters of mint concentrate yourself, you will need the following products.

  • lemons – 1 kg
  • mint – 1 bunch
  • granulated sugar – 0.5 kg
  • water - 0.5 l

Making mint lemonade

  1. Wash the lemons properly and grate the zest using a fine grater.
  2. Now squeeze the juice from the lemons using a juicer.
  3. Place the zest, lemon juice and mint leaves in a blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Take a small saucepan, mix water with sugar and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook until a clear syrup forms.
  5. Remove the syrup from the heat and combine with the lemon-mint mixture and mix everything.
  6. Pour the concentrate into a bottle; it can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days, and in the freezer for up to six months.

To serve, take one quarter glass of concentrate, add 1.5 liters of cold water, you can add ice cubes.

Another option for making homemade lemonade without cooking on the stove is from lime and mint, when the ingredients are finely crushed, filled with water, sweetened with honey and left to steep in the refrigerator. Such a drink also cannot be stored for a long time, and once it has brewed, it must be consumed immediately.

However, I liked the simplicity of preparation, when you don’t need to squeeze citrus juice, but simply chop all the ingredients, it turns out almost like a Mojito, its non-alcoholic version.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml sparkling mineral water;
  • three to four sprigs of purple basil;
  • two fresh medium-sized cucumbers;
  • two lemons;
  • granulated sugar to taste.

Cooking method:

Grate the cucumber on a grater with large holes, squeeze out the juice and put it aside. Cut the second cucumber into thin circles. To prepare it you will need:

  • 2 lemons;
  • 250 ml boiling water;
  • 1 liter of cold boiled water;
  • 100-200 g granulated sugar.

The drink is made as follows:

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and, without peeling them, cut into thin slices.
  2. Place the slices in a saucepan, deep salad bowl or small bowl, sprinkle with sugar and stir.
  3. Leave the lemons for 1-2 hours.
  4. Pour boiling water into the container and wait until the water cools down.
  5. Strain the lemonade into a carafe, add 1 liter of chilled water, stir and enjoy the delicious drink.

Recipe 2. When you don’t want to wait a long time for the lemons to infuse, you can achieve the richness of the drink by boiling.

So, we stock up on the following products:

  • 1 lemon;
  • 100-120 g granulated sugar (a little less or more, to taste);
  • 800 ml water.

The cooking process is also extremely simple.

  1. Pour boiling water over a clean lemon and remove the zest from it using a grater (do not throw away the zest, it will be needed to prepare the drink).
  2. Squeeze juice from lemon in any convenient way.
  3. Add sugar and zest to boiling water and, stirring constantly, keep on low heat for about 10 minutes.
