  2. In a separate container, mix the sauce ingredients - mayonnaise and ketchup.
  3. Combine the chopped meat with the sauce and mix evenly.
  4. Choose hard cheese - it helps to secure the filling so that it does not fall out.
  5. Distribute ¼ of the grated cheese onto the flatbread, add chicken to one half and cover with the other half.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then fry the quesadilla on each side for two minutes.

How to make a chicken and bean quesadilla

Beans are a staple product for Mexicans, so it is not surprising that they can also be seen among the ingredients for making quesadillas.

Ingredients:

  • Mexican tortillas;
  • half a glass of boiled beans;
  • 120 g poultry fillet;
  • 110 g cheese;

Cooking method:

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black and red pepper, and then fry in olive oil until tender.
  2. Place the flatbread on the frying pan. Place grated cheese on one half, meat, beans and cheese on top. The cheese should be both at the bottom and at the top, because it helps the cake stick together.
  3. Cover the filling with the other half of the tortilla and fry the quesadilla on both sides until the cheese is completely melted.

  • canned beans – 400 g;
  • boiled meat – 200 g;
  • tortilla or pita bread – 4 pcs.;
  • spicy cheese – 100 g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • corn grains - 1 tbsp.;
  • cilantro – 200 g;
  • lime juice – 4 tsp;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  1. First, prepare the cuts - tomatoes, bell peppers, meat cut into small cubes.
  2. Pour the prepared products into a heated frying pan with olive oil.
  3. Then add chopped garlic (1.5 tsp), 100 g of chopped cilantro and beans. Mix everything and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. The tortilla is placed on a baking sheet that has been coated with oil. Pieces of meat, a portion of beans and grated cheese are sent to one side. Close with the second part.
  5. The top of the cake is greased with oil and the workpiece is placed in the oven at a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees for 3 minutes. All 4 flatbreads are filled and baked in this way.
  6. Mix corn, cilantro, lime juice, sweet pepper cubes, garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Then cook for a couple more minutes.
  7. Transfer the salsa to a sauce bowl, cut the delicious appetizer into 3 pieces and serve.

  3. In a preheated frying pan, fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Next, add pieces of meat to the onion and fry evenly, stirring, for about five minutes.
  4. Now add the mushrooms to the meat and fry for about five more minutes.
  5. Pour both types of peppers into the pan, fry for another 3-4 minutes and remove the mixture from the stove.
  6. Moving on to the zesty salsa. To do this, grind the peeled tomatoes in a blender along with garlic and herbs. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste to the mixture. At this point the sauce can be considered ready.
  7. Place the flatbread on a clean, heated frying pan and sprinkle one half of it with a thin layer of shredded cheese. Spread the required amount of stuffing mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with cheese again and cover with the other half of the tortilla. Let's fry the masterpiece on both sides, avoiding burning.

With boiled chicken meat and egg

Ingredients:

  • 4 flatbreads;
  • similar number of eggs;
  • a glass of milk;
  • 250 g chicken meat.

You can optionally supplement this set with an onion and one bell pepper.

The step-by-step preparation is as follows.

  1. Chop the chicken into cubes. Onions and peppers - in half rings.
  2. Reuniting the egg with the chicken in the depths of a quesadilla is easier and more convenient in the form of an omelet. To do this, heat a frying pan and fry the meat pieces in a small amount of oil. Quickly beat the eggs with milk and pour over the meat. If you want to supplement this version with vegetables, fry the onions and peppers along with the meat, and pour the egg-milk mixture on top. It only takes a couple of minutes for the omelet to be ready.

  • ½ fresh pineapple;
  • 2 small chicken fillets;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
