  • Milk – 250 ml.
  • Flour – 300 gr.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 gr.
  • Vanillin – 1 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 gr.
  • Slaked soda with vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Apple – 3 pcs.

Recipe

Step 1. Beat 2 eggs with sugar in a deep bowl to form a foam.

Step 2. Add 1 glass of milk and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, continue whisking until the mass is homogeneous.

Step 3. Quench 1 teaspoon of soda with vinegar and pour into the milk-egg mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Step 4. Gradually add flour and knead the dough well so that there are no lumps. The consistency should be like thick sour cream.

Step 5. Wash 3 apples well, clean out the middle and cut to your taste. You can do it in slices, or in cubes or plastics, as you prefer.

  • oil for lubricating the mold;

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Break 2 eggs into a bowl or mixer bowl.
