- Beat eggs, a couple of tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt into a cup.
- Melt the butter and pour it into the same bowl.
- Add milk to the bowl and mix everything well.
- Gradually add flour in small portions and knead the dough.
- Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we will prepare the pumpkin filling for the pies.
- Place the grated pumpkin in a saucepan or saucepan.
- Add a little water so you can simmer.
- Grate the carrots there too.
- Add sugar - 3 tablespoons.
- Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
- Then you can remove the lid and let the excess liquid evaporate. But the juiciness should still remain!
- Take the dough and knead it well.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces, and then roll them into thin cakes with a rolling pin.
- Place 1-3 tablespoons of pumpkin filling in the middle of the dough.
