For the 3rd layer of filling

  • Boiled sausage – 300 g
  • Green onions - a small bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 40 g

Prepare vegetable pita bread with Korean carrots. Grind the cheese using a medium grater. Grate the cucumber using a grater designed for Korean carrots. Chop the dill.

Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise to the first sheet of unrolled lavash. Fill the entire space of the pita bread with grated cheese, dill and pieces of torn lettuce.

Cover everything with a second layer of pita bread. Distribute Korean carrots and grated cucumbers over it. Roll up the roll, pressing the layers tightly.
