Pour the melted margarine into a bowl and add sugar to it. Mix everything.

The final stage in our technological process is the addition of sifted flour. Yes, sifted, because... When sifting, the flour is enriched with oxygen, which will allow our baked goods to remain airy.

As you can see in the last photo, the dough turns out loose, and this is what you need. Somehow, on one of the days of preparation, I put in more flour than normal. As a result, almost all of the margarine was absorbed, but the cookies turned out to be very dense, one might say hard and not crumbly - I didn’t experiment with this recipe anymore. But she remained faithful to the original recipe.

After the dough is kneaded, leave it for 10 minutes to rest, and in the meantime, take out a baking sheet, turn on the oven and begin to shape the cookies.

I take a teaspoon, grab a heaping amount of dough and roll it into a ball the size of a very small apple.

I place my koloboks on a cold baking sheet, but you need to leave a distance of 3 cm between them, because... When baking, they will begin to spread and need space.

I don’t grease the baking sheet with anything, because... There is enough margarine in the dough, which will not allow the dough to stick to the base.

The size of my baking sheet is 35x35 cm and 16 koloboks fit on it.

Once the baking sheet is filled, place it in the oven and bake the cookies at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. If for some reason your network voltage is bad, i.e. instead of the prescribed 220 W, for example 180 W, the temperature needs to be set higher. Instead of 200 degrees, 220, although if you often use your oven, then you already have an idea how to operate it.

After 10 minutes, the cookies have spread like this, now they will bake until done.

Once the cookies are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on paper towels, letting the excess margarine soak into the paper. Leave the cookies in this position until they cool completely; this procedure takes me 30 minutes.

In total, from this dough norm I get 24 delicious and aromatic cookies.

  3. I sift the flour through a sieve, mix it with soda and add it in small portions to the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Place the finished dough, wrapped in cellophane, in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. I pass a small piece of dough through a meat grinder and place my palm under the outlet hole. As soon as the dough that comes out of the hole reaches a length of 5-7 cm, I cut it off and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. I place the future margarine cookies at a short distance from each other. I bake the cookies for about 20 minutes.
