Ingredients:

  • A glass of sugar.
  • 4 eggs.
  • One and a half cups of flour (you may need a little more).
  • 200 gram pack of margarine.
  • Two small spoons of baking powder.
  • Vanillin or vanilla sugar at your discretion (can be replaced with cinnamon).
  • A glass of raisins.
  • 150 grams of sour cream.

Place the raisins in a bowl and pour boiling water or hot water, steam for 15 minutes (they become soft and tender). After the specified time has passed, drain the water and place the dried fruit in a colander or towel to drain.

Beat the eggs with sugar in a mixer until foamy, add vanillin or cinnamon, sour cream and softened margarine. Beat again until smooth.

In a separate container, combine flour and baking powder, to make the baked goods more fluffy, sift the ingredients through a sieve and add to the whipped mixture. Stir everything with a mixer at low speed and bring the mixture until smooth. If the dough turns out too liquid, add flour, but just a little. The perfect dough - this one is like pancakes. Don’t forget about the raisins, it’s time to add them to the dough and stir again.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with a little flour or crushed breadcrumbs. Pour the dough, level the top and close the device.

Select the “baking” mode and cook the cake in the Redmond multicooker for at least 60 minutes. At the end of cooking, be sure to test it for baking; if the skewer is in the dough, finish baking the cake at the same setting for another 20-30 minutes. It is best to take out the cake when it has cooled down, so the likelihood of breakage is much less.

Pie filled with condensed milk in a slow cooker. Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk – 1 can (380 grams),
  • Chicken egg - 2 pieces,
  • Flour – 1.5 multi cups,
  • Half a lemon
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon,
  • Margarine or butter for greasing the pan.

Cooking process:


Let's start preparing a delicious lemon cake with condensed milk. First, using a mixer, beat two chicken eggs until thick. Then add one can of condensed milk to them, continuing to beat. Beat together for about 2-3 minutes at medium speed.


Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and grate the lemon zest. Add the juice and zest to the mixture of condensed milk and eggs. Mix everything well.


At the very end, add soda and wheat flour sifted through a sieve. There is no need to extinguish soda with vinegar, as it will react chemically with lemon juice.


Grease the multicooker pan with a small piece of butter or margarine. Pour the lemon batter into the bowl. Select the “baking” mode and cook the pie in the selected mode for 60 minutes. If you have a very powerful multicooker, then the cooking time will have to be reduced by about ten minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of soft cottage cheese
  • 200 grams of premium flour
  • 180 grams of butter (pack)

Another simple fruit pie recipe. This is more of a winter option, since we will use jam to prepare it. Anything will do - raspberry, plum, apricot or strawberry, but the tastiest treat is one filled with currant jam. You can also use frozen berries, which are sold year-round in any supermarket.

Tasty tip: there are two ways to prepare such a milk pie in a slow cooker - when the filling is mixed with the dough, and when it remains separately inside the pie. We will describe the preparation of the second option.

What ingredients will you need:

  • soured or sour milk - 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • flour – 2 tbsp;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
  • berries, fruits or jam - to taste.

Making fruit pie with milk in a slow cooker is very simple:

  1. Beat sugar with eggs, add milk, vanilla sugar.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and mix until smooth.
  3. If you are using frozen berries and fruit, defrost them before adding to the pie.
  4. Lightly grease the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the dough into it, and place the fruit and berry filling on top.

  • 350-450 grams of premium flour
  • 350 grams of sugar. You can take cane sugar, there are rumors that it is healthier.
  • 3-4 chicken eggs
  • 180 grams of butter (pack)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 100-200 grams of chocolate

Making chocolate cake in a slow cooker:
