  • butter – 55 g;
  • sugar – 85 g;
  • powdered sugar – 75 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • yogurt – 75 ml;
  • flour – 155 g;
  • a pinch of baking powder;
  • a handful of chocolate chips.

Prepare a mixture of dry ingredients - flour and baking powder. Beat the first three ingredients together with the egg until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour yogurt into it, continuing to whisk. Add the pre-prepared flour mixture and, carefully mixing the ingredients, form them into balls, place on a baking sheet and add chocolate chips.

Yogurt cookies are baked at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Baking a yoghurt cake in the oven

  • yogurt – 475 ml;
  • sugar – 145 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • lemon zest – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • flour – 245 g;
  • baking powder – 10 g;
  • olive oil – 115 ml.

Whisk the first four ingredients together until you get a fluffy white mixture. Without stopping the mixer, begin to pour in the olive oil in portions. Mix the remaining dry ingredients separately. Add portions of the dry mixture to the liquids and beat until you get a homogeneous dough. Pour the dough into a rectangular shape and leave to bake for an hour at 180. The finished cake can be coated with glaze after cooling.

Flavored oatmeal cookies with yogurt

At the moment, many women who are watching their figure allow themselves to eat only oatmeal cookies, since they contain a lot of fiber, which is useful during weight loss. However, to diversify the taste of such cookies, you don’t need to invent something new, just take yogurt and spices, and then create what you want.

  • rolled oats – 100 g;
  • wheat flour – 100 g;
  • sugar – 70 g;
  • yogurt – 100 ml;
  • honey – 10 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • a mixture of spices from cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanillin - 1 teaspoon. l.;
  • baking powder – 5 g.

Time limit: ½ hour.

Calorie content: 234 Kcal.

  1. For this dish, it is advisable to use yogurt, which is not sold in cups, but simply drinking yogurt in a bottle, since its consistency is more liquid. Choose your favorite flavor and pour it into a bowl. After this, add egg, sugar and honey to it. Use a whisk or mixer to beat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved;
  2. Take oatmeal and use a coffee grinder to lightly grind it. After this, you should add them to the liquid mixture. Take a spoon and gently stir them into the yogurt;
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and sift it. Also add all the spices to it, and then add everything to the yogurt mixture;
  4. The color of the oatmeal cookie dough should be quite thick, but in no case elastic. Take a baking sheet, line it with paper and, using a regular tablespoon, place the cookies themselves on it in portions.   5. Your dessert will be ready within 15 minutes. The oven temperature should be 180 degrees. If you want it to be very brown, you should use the grill mode. The cookies turn out very light and fragrant, so they won’t stay on the baking sheet for long.

Yogurt baked goods – “Gourmet” cake

  • Fruit yogurt – glass
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Margarine – 100 gr.
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - glass
  • Baking powder – 10 gr.
  • A pinch of salt

Beat eggs with salt and sugar using a mixer. Then add yogurt, melted margarine and mix thoroughly. The flour is sifted through a sieve, mixed with baking powder and slowly poured into the egg base. Next, the dough must be divided into thin parts, cocoa is added to one of them. First pour a couple of tablespoons of chocolate mixture into the bottom of the prepared and greased mold, then pour regular dough into the middle and then alternate. Place the cake in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180°.

Curd and yoghurt cookies

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Egg
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Margarine – 125 gr.
  • Sugar - glass
  • Cottage cheese – 150 gr.
  • Yogurt – 70 ml.
  • Muesli – 3 tbsp. l.

Beat sugar with margarine until a creamy, fluffy consistency is obtained. Add the egg, vanilla sugar and run the mixer again. Then pour in the yogurt, add the mashed cottage cheese and mix again. Lastly, add flour and muesli - the whole mass is mixed. Form the prepared dough into balls and press them lightly. It is advisable to moisten your hands with water so that the dough does not stick. The result should be small cakes. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 180°.

Sift the flour and mix with sugar and salt. Add butter, yolk and knead the dough, which then put in the refrigerator. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. What products do we need?

  • pineapple yogurt – 500 g;
  • cream 33% - 500 g;
  • powdered sugar – 60 g;
  • milk – 100 ml;

  • ribbon.

Time limit: 40 minutes + 8 hours for soaking.

  4. First, add still warm milk with gelatin to the yogurt with sugar, and then use a spatula to gradually add the whipped cream into the cream. The cream is ready;
  5. Take the pan and make the sides even higher using foil. Place cling film on the bottom to make the cake easier to remove and carry. Leave some of the cookies on the side, and alternately dip the rest in the cream and place on the bottom. When the layer is finished, place a layer of cream and small pieces of pineapple on it. Repeat layers like this until all the cookies are gone. In total, you should get about 3 layers;
