Grated pie with jam photo recipe (with margarine)

Made from shortcrust pastry with crumbs on top

It’s easy to buy ready-made shortbread dough. It is perfectly stored in the refrigerator without losing its taste. If you receive a call and there is nothing to treat you with, urgently defrost the dough and bake a pie.

We will need:

  • 500 g of ready-made shortcrust pastry;
  • a piece of butter to lubricate the mold;
  • a glass of any jam.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the larger one, place it on the bottom of the mold (previously greased with butter), sculpt sides with your fingers 1-2 cm high. Pour the jam onto the dough, level it into a neat layer.

Grind the second part of the dough onto a coarse grater directly onto the jam. It is not necessary to make a dense cap of crumbs: let the jam show through slightly. This way the pie will come out more beautiful and juicier.

Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees until the crumbs are browned (usually 15 minutes is enough). Serve with vanilla ice cream. We treat guests to tea, dried fruit compote or berry mousse.

Quick pie with jam

Even in half an hour you can prepare the most delicate pie, reminiscent of a sponge cake in taste. The recipe requires minimal input, but the end result is a delicious delicacy with a sweet and sour filling.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • 2-3 cups flour;
  • vanillin - sachet;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam. The grains should completely dissolve, the mass should become white and fluffy. Add vanillin and vegetable oil to the eggs, adding it in a thin stream. Now it's time to carefully pour in a glass of warm milk.

You will get a mixture with bubbles inside, to which we will add flour and baking powder. We'll add just enough flour so that the dough is a little thicker than sour cream, but you can't make it dense.

Drain the liquid jam through a colander to drain off the excess syrup.

Pour half the dough onto oiled baking parchment and fill with a glass of jam. Add the rest of the dough. It should completely cover the filling. The dough will be quite thick, so you can carefully level it with a tablespoon over the entire surface.

Place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 7 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and cook for another 40 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar and serve, cutting into neat pieces ala cake. We are sure that the recipe will become your favorite - the pie can easily be mistaken for an exquisite cake with a light savory cream.

Pie with berries

Today we will make jellied pie with strawberries. You can add to this recipe and change the berries to suit your taste.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • butter – 150 grams;
  • sugar – 100 grams;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese – 100 grams;
  • flour – 2 cups;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • sugar – 2 tablespoons;
  • sour cream – 200 ml;
  • strawberries - 2-3 cups.

Preparing jellied pie with strawberries:

  1. Add butter to a bowl with sugar and rub it.
  2. Place salt and egg in a bowl, followed by cottage cheese. Let's grind everything together.
  3. Add flour little by little. Mix the mass well.
  4. We put our dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  5. At this time, we prepare the filling for the pie: beat 2 eggs together with sugar and add sour cream. Add flour and mix with a whisk.
  6. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out and place it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. We form small sides.
  7. Place strawberries (can be frozen) on the dough.
  8. Pour sour cream over the berries.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the pie to cook for an hour.
  10. Once you know the pie is done (feel the top of the pie or try to pierce it with a toothpick or fork), leave it in the oven for another ten minutes.
  11. The pie can be served either cold or hot. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar or cinnamon.

The pie can be made in any season. It doesn’t matter what kind of berries you use: natural ones, just picked from a bush in the country, or frozen ones from a store pack.

Kefir based recipe

Based on kefir, a successful dough is obtained that does not spread and goes well with even the juiciest filling. It's balanced and bakes in minutes. We suggest using redcurrant jam or apricot jam as a filling.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of kefir;
  • 3 eggs;
  • soda - dessert l .;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a glass of jam or marmalade;
  • 90 ml vegetable oil;
  • 400 g flour.

The beauty of kefir dough is the speed of preparation. All you need to do is: beat eggs, kefir, soda, flour, butter, baking powder with a regular whisk, sweeten and lightly add salt. Salt in this case acts as a flavor enhancer, giving the dough richness. You should get a fairly thick mass - adjust the amount of flour to your liking.

Pour half of the dough into the mold. We spread jam or preserves on it, fill everything with the second part of the dough. Place in the oven for 6 minutes (it must be preheated to 220 degrees), then switch to 160 degrees and bake until done for 35-40 minutes. It’s easy to check the readiness of the pie - just pierce it with a match and make sure it comes out dry. Cut the pie into pieces and decorate with marshmallow pieces.

Pie with apple jam

Pies with apple jam can be considered an international masterpiece of confectionery art. Austrian strudels, German apple bagels - apple pastries are loved in all corners of the world for their aroma and tenderness.

In winter, when you want coziness, it’s time to make apple pie from shortcrust pastry. He was nicknamed “Tsvetaevsky”. They say that the great poetess loved this version of apple pie.

Let's prepare:

  • 500 g of ready-made shortcrust pastry;
  • apple jam;
  • oil for greasing the mold.

Vanillin can be poured directly onto the apple jam; the filling will be very aromatic.

Divide the shortbread dough into 2 equal “balls”. The first three are grated directly onto a mold greased with vegetable oil. Pour the jam and carefully distribute it over the entire surface.

Place the remaining portion directly over the pie, making sure the crumbs completely cover the filling. Place in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake until a beautiful golden color appears. Cut the warm pie into rectangles.

Amber apple filling, fresh shortbread dough that crumbles into grains in your mouth. Hot tea with honey and lemon – can you think of a better scenario for a long winter evening?

Video: how to bake a sweet pie filled with jam

I don’t know why, but as a child, store-bought cookies were divided into three types: shortbread, hard (biscuit) and fruit gingerbread. Gingerbread cookies were something special; fresh milk tasted very good with them.

I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that the gingerbreads were no longer quite fresh. I didn’t like biscuits at all, so how could you eat a “plank” of almost bland and tasteless dough?

But shortbread cookies - yes, they were popular. And if you also spread them with honey or jam! I am sure that the bad boy in the fairy tale “About a Military Secret” ate shortbread cookies with jam. I can still imagine a barrel of jam and a basket of biscuits! I wonder what kind of jam they gave him? It's not raspberry, it's got seeds. This is what I judge by myself. We usually had squeak, currants or plums.

As an adult, I tried a wonderful version of that same “barrel of jam and basket of cookies” - a pie, or cookie, made from shortcrust pastry with currant jam. also an option, but grated pie is something!

Shortbread dough is probably the simplest thing that can be prepared quickly. It is quite dense, does not stick to your hands, and bakes quickly. Let's bake a grated pie with jam

Dessert with strawberry preparation

During the berry season, many housewives grind strawberries with sugar and then freeze the mixture. Even frozen strawberries are surprisingly fragrant. It's time to bake a delicious berry pie with it. Shortbread dough will not work for the filling - the strawberries are too juicy. But yeast is perfect.

Required components:

  • 500 g yeast dough;
  • frozen strawberries with sugar – 300 g;
  • Art. l. potato starch;
  • white of one egg;
  • vegetable oil for greasing the pan.

Roll out the yeast dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Add potato starch to the strawberry preparation - this way the filling will not fall apart. Cover the top with a thin mesh of flagella, which we first roll out from the remains of the dough. Place in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

The finished dessert must be proofed: the dough should rest and become fluffy. Only then we cut it into pieces. A thin crust with a juicy berry filling that smells like summer, a glass of cold milk - a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast for the whole family.

Kneading the base

Before preparing the grated pie, you should knead the shortbread dough. To do this, you need to mix white flour with baking powder and vanilla, and then melt the butter and beat it together with the egg yolks. You should also add fine sugar to the resulting mixture. Next, both prepared parts (butter and flour) need to be combined and mixed. As a result of these actions, you should receive an elastic dough, which must be placed in a bag and refrigerated for 30 minutes.

With raspberry jam

You can whip up a raspberry pie. The result is a surprisingly light delicacy, not at all cloying and airy. The advantage of the recipe is that even slightly fermented raspberries with sugar, or jam that has begun to sugar and thickened greatly, are suitable here.

Let's prepare:

  • kefir - a glass;
  • raspberry jam – 250 ml;
  • egg;
  • 400 g flour;
  • a pinch of citric acid;
  • dessert spoon of soda;
  • powdered sugar – 30 g.

Instead of kefir, you can take any fermented milk product: Varenets, fermented baked milk, yogurt, matsoni.

Pour out the jam, add soda and citric acid to it. Stir and leave for a few minutes. Pour in kefir, add sugar, and an egg beaten until lightly foamy. Gradually sift the flour into the mixture, mixing thoroughly. Pour the dough into a baking dish and cook the pie for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Do not open the oven to prevent the cake from settling!

The result is a light, fluffy dessert reminiscent of a biscuit. The raspberry flavor and airy texture of the pie are worthy of a festive table, and certainly this is the best dish for family tea drinking.

Sweet Lenten recipe

Lenten pie with jam is a traditional dessert for people who honor religious traditions. Baking without milk and eggs can be made incredibly tasty and very healthy if you add a few tablespoons of flax seeds. We suggest using frozen cranberries with sugar as a filling.

We will need:

  • vegetable oil 200 g;
  • 3 cups flour (or a little more, depending on how much the dough takes);
  • 2 tbsp. starch;
  • a generous pinch of flax seeds;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1.5 cups cranberries with sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Instead of eggs, the recipe uses flax for binding: it will hold the dough together.

Flax seeds need to swell. To do this, fill them with boiling water (100 ml) and leave for 2 hours. Grind the cranberries into puree with a blender, add starch. We also grind the flax seeds in a blender to get a grayish viscous mass, add sugar to it. Gradually add into flour.

Our task is to knead an elastic, tender dough that will be easy to roll out. Roll out thin cakes from the dough and bake them in a round shape at 200 degrees. Since they are thin, they bake almost instantly - in 3-5 minutes. Grease the warm cakes with cranberry cream and stack them on top of each other.

The result is an original cake: lean, light, tasty. He needs to be allowed to soak. Ideally bake it the day before and serve in the morning. It will be soaked, the cranberries will impart their spicy aroma to the dough, and the cake will turn out delicious!

Secrets of successful baking

  • Take thick jam, liquid will spread and ruin the picture. If there is no thick syrup, add some crushed nuts, crushed cookies, and coconut flakes to the liquid syrup.
  • Do not take jam with seeds. If you don’t like too sweet pies, add a little lemon juice and pieces of sour fruit to the filling.
  • Grate the lemon zest and add it to the dough and filling - the baked goods will come out with an interesting lemon note.
  • Add mayonnaise, then the shortbread dough will become tender and crumbly.
  • To make margarine easier to grate, put it in the freezer for a while.

Quick tea cake with jam

Tea cake helps out when you want something sweet to serve at the table, but you’re too lazy to prepare complex desserts. It even tastes like chocolate pastries, but the cost of the pie is very low. If desired, it can be easily supplemented with dried fruits, poppy seeds, nuts, and coconut flakes.

For the pie we will prepare:

  • a glass of strong brew (unsweetened);
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. any jam;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp. with a slide;
  • 2 eggs;
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Mix all ingredients in a glass container, achieving a smooth texture without lumps. Pour it into a baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done. The result will be a light chocolate-colored pie, slightly moist inside thanks to the jam.

Learning to cook a pie with currant jam on kefir

The recipe discussed below should be in every housewife's cookbook. Why?

It's simple. The pie is prepared quickly, and if unexpected guests come to you, you can treat them to baked goods, which you will prepare in the shortest possible time.

The product does not require additional decoration or impregnation with cream; due to the jam, the pie will be incomparable. Although some housewives also use cream, this is a matter of taste.

It’s worth saying that this currant pie looks great on the table; the jam gives it an unusual color and aroma.

In general, the pastries are very worthy and can be served both for evening tea with the whole family, and on the table when guests arrive. Probably, having heard such an advertisement for the pie, you wanted to try making it as soon as possible.

So let's list the ingredients needed to create this masterpiece:

  • 1 glass each of granulated sugar, kefir and currant jam;
  • 2.5 cups wheat flour;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 50 g butter for greasing the mold.

When all the ingredients are prepared, you can start kneading the dough.

This process will not cause any difficulties for experienced housewives, but for those who are preparing dessert with kefir for the first time, I would like to give step-by-step instructions:

  • Break two chicken eggs into a deep bowl and beat them until smooth and foamy;
  • Gradually add sugar into the egg mixture, stirring constantly;
  • The next ingredient that will end up in the bowl will be jam. Add it slowly, remembering to stir the contents of the dish;
  • Now add flour. Do this slowly, thoroughly kneading the dough so that no lumps remain;
  • When the consistency becomes homogeneous, add soda; there is no need to quench it. Mix the dough again;
  • Take a baking dish, preferably round, and grease it with oil so that the cake does not burn. Pour the dough into the mold and bake the product in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Check readiness with a match or toothpick. If the wooden stick comes out clean when inserted, the cake is ready. If small pieces of dough remain, you need to leave the dessert in the oven for some more time;
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing it from the pan. If desired, the pie can be soaked in sour cream or served as is.

It is worth saying that such baked goods can be prepared not only with currant jam; absolutely anything to suit your taste will do.

Curd and currant pie: recipe

There are quite a lot of lovers of curd and berry products. It is for such gourmets that a recipe for a pie with the addition of cottage cheese and currant jam will be given. The baked goods will taste very delicate, and thanks to the berries they will have a piquant sourness. True, this pie also contains one more secret - a delicate layer of meringue, which will add additional flavor notes to the dessert.

To prepare the dough for this pie you will need:

  • wheat flour – 1.5 cups;
  • margarine – 200 g;
  • granulated sugar – 1/2 cup 250 ml;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.

To prepare the filling, take the following products:

  • cottage cheese – 500 g;
  • granulated sugar – 1/2 cup;
  • egg yolks – 3 pcs.;
  • starch - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • a packet of vanillin;
  • currant jam, it is recommended to take it with whole berries - 2-3 tbsp. l.

For meringue you need the following ingredients:

  • granulated sugar – 1 cup;
  • egg whites – 3 pcs.

If you have stocked up on all the listed products, then you can start preparing aromatic pastries.

  1. You need to start by preparing the dough; to do this, sift the flour and mix with baking powder;
  2. Take out the margarine in advance so that it softens a little. After this, grind it with sugar. Add flour to the resulting mass. Since our dough should turn out to be shortbread, we need to knead it very quickly. Long kneading will make the dough hard, which will ruin the taste of the baked goods. As a result, you will form greasy crumbs - this will be the dough. Place it in the refrigerator as you will now need to prepare the filling;
  3. To make the filling, you will need a blender or food processor. If you don’t have such a technique, then use a simple mixer. Place cottage cheese, yolks, sugar and vanillin in a mixing bowl. Beat everything thoroughly with the unit that you have in your kitchen until you obtain a homogeneous mass of cottage cheese;
  4. Combine the jam with starch and carefully add it to the curd mass. Try to keep the currants intact;
  5. For baking, it is recommended to use a Teflon springform pan. Place the dough on it, it is not necessary to do it evenly and neatly, let the base lie in large pieces. Distribute the filling over the dough and place the mold with the future delicacy in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
  6. While the pastry is cooking, make the meringue. To do this, beat the egg whites until a thick and dense foam forms. Then gradually pour sugar into the protein “cloud”, while constantly using the mixer. You'll end up with a nice, sweet foam;
  7. When 20 minutes have passed, remove the pie pan from the oven. Spread the meringue over the treat in an even layer. Return the baked goods back to the oven for another quarter of an hour. If you cook in a silicone mold, the baking time may vary;
  8. When the pie is ready, let it cool and then transfer it to a plate.

The delicate taste of the pie will certainly please your household.

Cooking currant pie in a slow cooker

Since most modern housewives enjoy cooking in a slow cooker, it’s simply dishonest not to talk about how to make delicious baked goods using this technique.

So, to make a pie with currant jam in a slow cooker, you will need the following ingredients:

  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • 1/2 cup each of granulated sugar, currant jam and milk (kefir and other liquid dairy products are suitable);
  • wheat flour – 1 cup;
  • baking soda – 1 tsp;
  • butter for processing the multicooker bowl.

In a deep bowl, mix sifted flour, egg, sugar, jam, selected dairy product and soda. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Puff pastry treat

Crispy puffs with a sweet filling are loved by children and adults. But the best part is that there is absolutely no hassle with dessert. Especially if the housewife has a pack of any puff pastry with or without yeast in stock.

Product composition:

  • apricot jam - a glass;
  • pack of dough – 500 g;
  • butter - cube.

Roll out the dough into two thin layers. Spread the apricot jam and spread it over the entire surface of the future pie. Cover with the second piece of puff pastry. We make punctures in the cake in several places - this way it will bake faster and rise evenly. The dessert is baked quickly - in 15 minutes.

Just be sure to grease the finished pie with oil - it will saturate the dough, make it juicier, and in combination with the sour filling you will get a surprisingly tasty dish.

Cooking in a slow cooker

“Mixed, poured, baked!” Under this motto, we suggest baking a simple pie for the whole family with jam in a slow cooker. The device does not require housewives to monitor it every second and prepares everything independently.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of Varents (kefir, fermented baked milk);
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • tsp baking powder;
  • any thick jam.

In our opinion, the strawberry filling in this recipe is surprisingly tasty: there are pieces of berries inside the moist pie, and their small seeds give a pleasant, subtle crunch.

Mix all the ingredients, add flour so that the dough is as thick as charlotte. Pour it onto the bottom of the multicooker, greased with oil. Turn on baking mode. We wait for the signal to finish cooking and, voila, our treat is ready! Sprinkle the pie with grated chocolate, pour in cocoa and invite everyone to tea.

Quickly in a slow cooker

To make baked goods with jam delicious in a hurry, you can cook it in a slow cooker. For a jam pie, you don't need to wait for the dough to sit.

The dessert is prepared from the following products:

  • apple jam – 1 glass;
  • kefir – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • eggs – 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 2 cups;
  • baking powder – 10 g.

Let's prepare the delicacy with jam, the recipe for which is simple. To do this, mix kefir with apple jam, add baking powder, mix and wait for white foam to appear. After this, add an egg and flour to the mixture, which is passed through a sieve in advance, and beat the dough with a mixer.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, select the “Baking” program and pour in the dough. Set the timer to bake for 60 minutes. When the time is up, the apple jam pie is not taken out. After cooling completely, the baked goods can be removed from the bowl, cut and served.

Dessert with apricot jam

Let's imagine that you are planning a big holiday in your house, and for dessert you will need to serve something very light and equally unusual. We suggest you try a treat made from cream, apricot jam with thin cookie crust.

Let's prepare:

  • heavy cream – 500 ml;
  • vanilla – 2 bags;
  • apricot jam – 200 ml;
  • mint leaves - for decoration;
  • "Anniversary" cookies - a pack.

Grind the cookies into crumbs, place them on one transparent bowl, filling them by one third. Whip the cream to stable peaks. Place apricot jam on the cookies and whipped cream on top.

Sprinkle each serving with vanilla and garnish with mint. The dessert can be prepared a couple of hours before serving - the cookie pieces will be soaked in jam and become juicy. Just remember to serve it chilled.

Curly pie with jam

The pie is nicknamed curly because of the shavings that are laid out randomly. The result is the effect of cute curls, beautiful and golden after baking.

For the curly pie we will prepare:

  • a pack of good margarine or butter;
  • granulated sugar - half a glass;
  • flour - 3-4 cups;
  • 3 eggs;
  • a glass of plum jam;
  • a packet of vanillin;
  • tsp baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

Chop the margarine into cubes and grind with sugar and flour. Add vanillin. Place some of the crumbs on the bottom of the mold (it is better to cover it with baking parchment), pour jam on top. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the pie and place in the oven at 200 degrees.

It bakes surprisingly quickly - in 15-20 minutes. All you have to do is make sure the top doesn't burn. A piece of warm curly pie with a cup of cappuccino is the best start to the work week.

Recipe 3: blackcurrant puff pastry pie

This dessert turns out so delicious, with a crispy crust that melts in your mouth and a pleasant sweet and sour filling.

For the test

  • Flour – 500 grams
  • Butter – 400 grams
  • Cold water – 200 grams
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

For filling

  • Currant
  • Apples – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar to taste

First we need to make the base for the pie and for this we will prepare instant puff pastry. If you want, you can do it easier and buy ready-made dough in the store and immediately start making the pie.

Pour very cold water into a cup. You can first keep the water in the refrigerator. Add egg, salt, lemon juice to the water and stir the mixture thoroughly.

Pour the flour onto the table and grate the butter into it, then stir it into crumbs with your hands.

Make a well in the middle of the crumbs and pour the liquid into it in small portions, constantly stirring the mixture with your hands. There is no need to knead the dough; it needs to be collected by hand into a homogeneous mass.

After this, wrap the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. As you can see, the dough really cooks very quickly, but you still need to prepare it in advance. You can store this dough in the refrigerator for about a week.

Now let's start making the pie.

Divide the puff pastry into 2 parts and roll out one part and place in the pan, removing excess dough around the edges.

Pour the beans into the dough, level it out and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.

At this time, peel the apples and cut them into small slices. Add sugar to taste and 2 tablespoons of starch to the currants and mix.

Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and cut into thin strips.

Remove the crust from the oven, let it cool slightly and remove the beans. Place apple slices on top and sprinkle lightly with sugar.

Pour currants over the berries and spread them evenly over the surface.

Place strips of dough on top in the form of a mesh. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with a little sugar.

We bake our pie with apples and currants at 200C for about 20 minutes. When the pie is ready, let it cool and you can serve it for tea.

Royal cheesecake with jam

Jam or jam will give the royal cheesecake additional juiciness and sweetness. With strawberry or cherry jam, an ordinary pie will turn into a modern, partly even fashionable dessert: now natural combinations of berries and cottage cheese with a thin layer of dough are valued all over the world.

Instead of jam, you can use any berry jelly.

We will need:

  • flour – 200 ml;
  • sugar - glass;
  • a pack of butter - 180 g;
  • a glass of cherry jam (pitted!);
  • cottage cheese fat content from 5% to 9% - 500 g;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • vanillin, sachet;
  • a pinch of salt and soda.

Three butter on a coarse grater. Add flour, sugar, salt and soda. Quickly grind everything into crumbs until the butter melts. Pour some of the crumbs into a greased mold. Mix cottage cheese with half a glass of sugar and eggs. Pour over the crumbs. Place jam on top and cover the filling with the rest of the crumbs.

The pie is baked at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The delicacy turns out to be balanced, not at all cloying, and the pleasant cherry sourness perfectly complements the cottage cheese.

Grated pie with raspberry jam and shortcrust pastry cottage cheese

A very successful combination when the filling is made of two or more layers. I definitely recommend trying it. Instead of margarine, use butter; the shortcrust pastry will be more rich.

Required:

  • Flour – 400 gr.
  • Butter – 150 gr.
  • Jam – 100 gr.
  • Cottage cheese – 400 gr.
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Soda – ½ teaspoon.
  • Vinegar to remove soda - ½ tablespoon.
  • Sugar – 300 gr.
  • Vanillin – a pinch.
  • Sunflower oil.

How to cook:

  1. Combine the sifted flour with quenched soda and mix. Pour 200 gr. sugar, stir the mixture again.
  2. Cut the butter into pieces (or grate it).
  3. Place in flour and rub the ingredients together with your hands to form dough crumbs.
  4. Add the egg and knead the dough.
  5. Divide into 2 parts, wrap one of them in film and place in the cold for an hour.
  6. Without wasting time, start filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat in 4 eggs, add vanillin. Beat until smooth.
  7. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with oil. Spread out the unfrozen dough, straighten it and make edges.
  8. Place the first layer of jam. Top with shredded frozen dough crumbles.
  9. Place the curd filling and cover the top again with dough crumbs.
  10. Bake the pie at 180-190 o C. Baking time is 30-40 minutes. A browned crust on top is a signal that the pie is ready.

Open Pie

In Russia, it is customary to bake open yeast pies. But we offer a European-style pie called berry tart. Even ballerinas indulge in this light dessert. Of course, only on holidays.

Product composition:

  • flour – 200 ml;
  • sugar - glass;
  • a pack of butter – 180 g;
  • a glass of strawberry jam (seedless!);
  • cream 35% fat – 200 g;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • a glass of peas (beans);
  • vanillin, sachet;
  • a pinch of salt and soda.

During the season, you can use any fresh fruits and berries for the tart, placing their pieces in a circle.

Mix shortbread dough from butter, flour, sugar and baking powder. Roll it out and place it in the mold, forming sides. Sprinkle the dough with peas - they will act as a kind of weight and will not allow the dough to “rise” in the very center. Bake until done for 15-20 minutes. Place any jam on the finished cake (we used strawberry) and whipped cream on top. Bake the tart for another 7 minutes. We eat the tart warm, washed down with young sparkling wine.

With currant preparation

Baking with currants turns out very fragrant. The berries seem to open up in the oven, imbuing the dough with summer aromas. If you have a bag of frozen berries left in the freezer, quickly take it out and make a pie.

We will need:

  • 200 ml kefir;
  • 3 eggs;
  • currants, grated with sugar - 1 cup;
  • soda - dessert l;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 70 ml vegetable oil;
  • 2 cups of flour.

Mix flour and eggs into a kefir-based dough. Add sugar, stir until it dissolves. Pour some of the dough onto the bottom of the mold, and put currants and sugar on top. Fill with the second part and send the currant charlotte to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pie with grated chocolate and eat it with a hot latte.

Fish jellied pie recipe

Jellied fish pie is not difficult to prepare, but it is different in taste! There is hardly a person who will deny himself the pleasure of trying this delicacy!

Products for the test:

  • eggs - 80 g or 2 pieces
  • flour - 300 - 320 g or 1 and 3/4 or 2 cups
