Hello, my dear subscribers! I love sweets very much and most often I prepare desserts for tea myself, rather than buying them at the store. I especially love delicious but simple recipes, such as no-bake cookie rolls. This wonderful treat is perfect for every day and for a special occasion. The delicacy requires a minimum of ingredients, and even a child can make it.

My son always runs to my aid when I'm about to cook. He really likes the process itself, but he loves the result even more. By the way, we try to change the recipe a little every time. We add marmalade or candied fruits, nuts, dragees, raisins or dried apricots to the “dough” - it all depends on what is on hand. This makes the roll more interesting both in appearance and taste. And for the holiday, a cookie cake with condensed milk is quickly prepared from the same ingredients.

You can add condensed milk and butter, cocoa or homemade cottage cheese to the “dough” for the roll. And for beauty, pour the finished cake with glaze or cream, sprinkle with nuts, crumbs or shavings, and decorate with pieces of fruit.

A simple recipe for cookie rolls with cocoa and condensed milk without baking

This delicacy is called “Bounty” for its delicate, refined taste due to the addition of coconut flakes. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, but then requires aging in the cold. You can make it right before the guests arrive - the treat will be just in time for tea.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g cookies;
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa;
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 0.5 cups boiling water;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 2 packs of coconut flakes.

How to cook:

1. Pour boiling water over the sugar, stir until completely dissolved and wait for the liquid to cool. You can add less sugar if you wish.

2. Using a blender, grind the cookies into crumbs, mix with cocoa, add sweet water and mix well.

If the dough is too stiff and falls apart, add a little more water to make it elastic.

3. Mix condensed milk with coconut flakes - the cream is ready.

4. Roll out the dough on cling film to the desired thickness and spread the cream evenly over it. Roll the cake into a roll, wrap it in film and place it in the freezer for 40 minutes.
