  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar;
  • 130 gr. flour;
  • 75 gr. Sahara.

Filling:

  • 3 tbsp. l. fat sour cream;
  • 75 gr. Sahara;
  • 1 raw egg (+ 1 white);
  • 70 gr. potato starch;
  • 0.4 kg cottage cheese;
  • 5 tbsp. l. jam (thick).

To prepare the dough, mix the yolk of one egg, melted butter and sugar in a convenient bowl. Grind the mixture thoroughly, add flour, vanillin and starch sifted with baking powder. Quickly knead a homogeneous plastic dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in film, and put it in the freezer.

For the curd filling, mix the cottage cheese with sugar, egg, remaining egg white and sour cream. The result should be a homogeneous paste.

Attention! If you get too dry grainy cottage cheese, you need to rub it through a sieve or beat it with a blender.

Spread two-thirds of the chilled dough with your hands into the greased pan. It is better to use with split sides with a diameter of 22 cm. Be sure to form small sides (1.52 cm).

Grease the main cake with jam. If there are pieces of berries or fruits in it, first puree it with a blender. Distribute the curd mass into an even ball.

The easiest way is to use store-bought frozen product. In addition to it (480 g), you need to prepare: 2 standard packs of medium liquid cottage cheese, 5 tbsp. granulated sugar, 45 g fatty butter, 3 tbsp. flour, a pinch of vanillin, a large egg.

  1. The egg is shaken well and divided into two unequal parts. Most of it is sent with sugar (3 tbsp) and vanilla to the cottage cheese. The amount of sweetness can be adjusted to your taste.
  2. To top, the butter, remaining granulated sugar and flour are rubbed into crumbs using your fingertips.
  3. The pre-thawed dough is thinly rolled out into a rectangle. The narrow side of the workpiece should be at the top. Next, the layer is cut into parallel strips on both sides. The middle should remain intact. The filling is distributed in the center, and the edges are folded inward. A beautiful even braid is woven from them.
  4. The pie is brushed with the remaining beaten egg.
  5. Sprinkles are distributed on top of it.
  6. The delicacy is prepared until browned for about 20-25 minutes.

  5. Make the filling.
    To do this, combine 750 g of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 140 g of sugar, 4 tsp. starch and a pinch of vanillin. Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass; it should be quite liquid. During baking, eggs and starch will make the curd mass dense.
  6. Pour the curd mixture into the mold onto the prepared shortbread dough.
  7. Peel 2-3 apples and cut them into thin slices, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
  8. Place the apple slices on the curd mixture, lightly immersing them.

  5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  6. Pour a little more than half of the chocolate chips into the pan. Distribute it evenly, creating small sides. Don't be afraid to press down the crumbs, they need to be shaped.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat to 180°.
  8. Place all the curd filling on the chocolate layer. It also needs to be well distributed.
  9. Sprinkle in the remaining chocolate chips and lightly smooth them out with your hands. You can press the top layer a little, but without fanaticism, do not forget that there is liquid cottage cheese underneath.
  10. If the sides of the first layer are higher than the last layer, level them. By this time the oven should be hot. Place the pan in it and bake for 30-40 minutes.
