- We begin preparing the omelette by carefully measuring out 100 ml each. milk for 1 egg. It is better to mix low-fat milk with cream (33%), the optimal ratio is 1 to three. For 4 eggs it is best to take 300 ml. milk and 100 ml cream.
- Take the eggs, break the shells and place the yolk and white into a deep container. Then thoroughly beat the resulting mass using a whisk. If it is not there, take a fork and gently stir the egg mixture.
- Mix the milk and cream, then combine the resulting mass with the already beaten eggs. Add salt.
- To bake an omelet, it is best to use a heat-resistant ceramic pan. Lubricate it generously with butter, pre-heated to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Pour the omelette mixture into a mold and place in the preheated oven. Baking time ranges from 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the height of the omelette. During baking, be sure to keep an eye on the omelet so that it does not burn.
- Grease the finished omelette with butter. Let it sit for a while, then cut it into portions, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. An excellent combination with an omelet will be a salad of fresh vegetables.

You will need:
- cabbage - 500 g;
- minced meat (any) - 300 g;
- carrots and onions - 100 g each;
- rice - 50 g;
- tomato paste - 80 g;
- sour cream - 60 g;
- salt pepper - to taste.
Also note: the main minced meat dishes are prepared in a heat-resistant baking dish.
Do this:
- Rinse the rice and boil in salted water until half cooked. Drain in a colander and let cool.
- Peel the top layer of vegetables. Grind the carrots using a grater, cut the onion into half rings.
- Fry the vegetables in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Mix the minced meat with cereals and vegetables, add salt and pepper.
- Cut the cabbage into arbitrary cubes.
- Grease the bottom of the mold with oil. Place cabbage on it, then minced meat with rice and vegetables. Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients.

Potatoes in pots
A very satisfying and appetizing dish can be prepared with a minimum of effort if you use pots. In combination with meat and other vegetables, potatoes baked in the oven turn out juicy and tasty, and the presentation of this main dish looks impressive and original. Therefore, you can prepare it not only for lunch or dinner with your family, but also to meet dear guests.
For the dish you will need the following ingredients:
- 600 g of meat (pork, beef);
- 5-6 large potatoes;
- 5 tbsp. sour cream;
- Onion;
- Carrot;
- Salt;
- Seasoning;
- Allspice;
- Garlic;
- Vegetable oil.
Potatoes in pots
Preparation:
- We start cooking potatoes in pots by preparing the main ingredients. Peel and rinse the potatoes, leave them in cold water for a while.
- Rinse the meat under running water, then let the liquid drain. Cut it into small cups.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the fire. Place the meat and fry on all sides. Add diced onions and carrots to it, add a bay leaf. Fry everything together a little more, pour sour cream over the meat and vegetables and let it simmer a little. Check the carrots for readiness and turn off the heat.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes, add spices, garlic, and salt. Now we move on to placing the ingredients in the pots. Place meat stewed with vegetables and sour cream in each pot. Next we add the potatoes.
- We close the pots with lids and put them in an oven already preheated to 220 degrees for approximately an hour. We determine the readiness of the dish by the potatoes; when they are already soft enough, we take the pots out of the oven.
- We serve the pots to the table. The portioned dish can be decorated with a spoonful of sour cream for juiciness and chopped fresh herbs.
You can and should experiment with the ingredients for potatoes in pots if you want to surprise yourself and your guests. Vegetables such as eggplants, tomatoes, and zucchini perfectly highlight the taste of the dish. They can be cut into cubes and placed in a pot along with the rest of the ingredients. You can add grated cheese at the end of cooking and let it melt.
A great option are spices and sauces. Instead of sour cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste or ketchup are perfect. You can also fill the dish with an interesting sound if you add aromatic herbs and spices that will help reveal the taste of the meat and emphasize its juiciness: turmeric, cloves, caraway seeds, thyme and others.

- It's just outrageous. You just need to beat everything with a blender (or grate the cheese and mix all the ingredients thoroughly) and pour into molds.

I thought for a long time whether to write this recipe or not. It's very simple. But, unable to bear it and cutting off another piece, I decided to do it. The recipe may be indecently simple, but the pie is also indecently delicious.

- Garlic - 2 cloves

Preparation:
- Coarsely chop the cabbage. Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron or thick-bottomed pan and heat it.
- Peel the carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into thin circles and chop the onion into long strips.
- Place carrots in hot oil and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the onion and fry until golden brown.
- Cut the sausages into slices and add to the cauldron with carrots and onions. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Peel the pepper from seeds, wash and chop into small slices. Cut the tomato into slices. Add to other ingredients.
- Vegetables should be stewed in their own juice. If there is not enough liquid, add some water.
- Simmer the vegetables until the peppers are ready. Then add a little salt, black pepper and seasonings of your choice.
- Add cabbage, stir. Close the lid and simmer the dish for about 20 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, and at the end of cooking - chopped garlic.
- The dish is best served with fresh parsley.
