Chocolate banana pudding

To prepare we need:

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate, chopped into cubes;
  • 2 and a half tbsp. spoons of cream;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of milk;
  • half a cup of banana puree;
  • a cup of whipped cream;
  • one teaspoon of powdered sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of grated chocolate.
  1. Place the cream in a preheated casserole or on a non-stick container.

  2. Add milk. Mix.

  3. When the milk-cream mixture begins to bubble, add the chocolate cubes.

  4. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

  5. Turn off the fire. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl.
  6. Mash the banana (pre-peeled and cut into circles) with a fork.

  7. Pour the resulting banana puree into the chocolate mixture.

  8. Mix everything until smooth.

  9. In a separate container, mix whipped cream and powdered sugar.

  10. Add the chocolate-banana mixture to the resulting mixture.

  11. Mix the ingredients until smooth.

  12. Transfer the resulting mass into bowls or other suitable molds. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  13. Decorate with cream, adding a teaspoon to each dish.

  14. Sprinkle pre-grated chocolate on top.

Chocolate and peanut dessert

This is a simple recipe for a dish that any sweet tooth will appreciate. But this dessert is not suitable for children with allergies to peanut butter or chocolate.

We will need:

  • 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  • 120 g sl. peanut butter;
  • 170 g melted chocolate.

  • 100 g sl. oils;
  • 100 g sugar;

  3. Stir well with a whisk.

  4. Add sugar.

  5. Stir thoroughly again.

  6. Pour pre-melted butter into the egg mixture.
