The taste is practically no different from classic belyashi. The same aroma, the same tender dough, the same golden brown crust. And minced meat is also used here. The filling is simply distributed evenly throughout the “pie”.

A tasty and satisfying breakfast, a snack during the day, a wonderful addition to soups and broths. In general, I advise you to try it!

Below are 3 fairly popular recipes. The first one is as detailed as possible, with step-by-step photographs, and the rest - simply with a photo of the final dish, since the essence and principles of cooking are the same everywhere.

There are also various useful notes with which you can diversify the taste and appearance of this dish.

Delicious lazy belyashi on kefir

A wonderful recipe for lazy whites on kefir with minced meat. Fast, tasty and extremely simple! Thanks to kefir, the dough turns out tender and aromatic. There is no yeast here, but soda is used instead.

The choice of minced meat is at your discretion. Beef, pork, and even minced chicken (from fillet) are suitable here. Whether you take ready-made minced meat or mince it yourself from whole meat also depends on personal preference. Of course, in the second case, the whites will no longer be so “lazy”.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir – 2 cups (or 1 tbsp milk + 1 cup sour cream);
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Minced meat - approximately 500 g.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour - from 2 glasses (how much dough will take);
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Black pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;

Cooking process

Beat eggs into a large cup, add salt, sugar and soda. Beat thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

Now pour in the kefir. If you wish, you can add a couple of spoons of sour cream (as in the photo) to make the dough more rich. Stir again.

Place a bag of flour next to it and start adding one tablespoon at a time. Add 1-2 spoons, mix, look at the consistency.

Continue adding flour and stirring until the dough resembles sour cream or something similar. In general, the consistency is runny, typical pancake batter.

If you add flour and the dough turns out too thick, add more kefir or milk and stir well.

Now let's move on to the “filling”. The onion needs to be peeled and chopped finely. If you don’t like it when you come across pieces of onion, you can grate it or pass it through a meat grinder.

Place the onion in a bowl of chilled minced meat, add a little salt, black pepper and any other spices that you like best. Mix thoroughly.

Next, the prepared minced meat should be placed in a cup with dough. Stir here now. The mass should be sufficiently homogeneous so that the pieces of minced meat are distributed throughout the entire depth.

That's it, pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it well. It is advisable to pour more oil so that the crust is golden and the dish itself cooks much faster.

Use a spoon to scoop up some dough with minced meat, place it in a frying pan and lightly trim it to make something similar to a pie or pancake.

Now cover with a lid and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

Now that time has passed, we begin to turn over the whites. Look how they have browned and what a delicious crust has formed. Turn it over, cover it with a lid, wait a few more minutes for it to cook on the other side.

That's all, actually! The laziest whites in the world are ready. Gently transfer them to a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Let them cool a little, then you can start tasting. Serve them with sour cream or some other sauce. Bon appetit!

By the way, an article with delicious Tatar balls was posted earlier. They are also called “whites”. Follow the link, there are as many as 5 recipes!

Recipe for lazy whites with yeast

And this is another popular option for quick whites. Everything is the same, but only with the use of yeast, which makes the dough more airy. But you will have to wait a little longer.

Tender lazy whites with minced meat and zucchini

  • Dill, green onions – 1 bunch;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves (to taste);
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon;

  5. Next, put a little minced meat on each “flatbread”. Place a layer of zucchini dough again on top of the minced meat. That's it, cover with a lid and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
  6. Then carefully turn over and fry for another 4-5 minutes until an appetizing blush appears. Then you can transfer it to napkins or paper towels so that excess oil drains from these “whites”.

Notes and tips

Well, now you have found out what lazy belyash is, how it is prepared, and what the recipes are. And then everything depends on imagination and personal preferences.

There is no need to look at the same type of recipes; you can simply intuitively add new ingredients. And then the usual dish will surprise you with a new taste. Below are some recommendations that will help in this matter.

  • In addition to the minced meat, add mushrooms. It is advisable to pre-fry the mushrooms until tender with onions.
  • In principle, such a dish can not only be fried, but also baked in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil, then place and form lazy whites. Bake them at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 30 minutes (time depends on the thickness of the dish).
  • If you don’t want to bother with minced meat, you can simply chop the boiled or smoked sausage finely. Of course, the taste will be completely different, but many people like this combination better.
  • Don't forget about all kinds of spices and herbs. Ground paprika, pepper mixtures, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder - there are a lot of options.

We reveal simple secrets

In order for pancakes with minced meat on kefir to rise well and be completely baked, pay attention to some subtleties:

  1. Flour must be sifted before use.
  2. What kind of minced meat can I use for this dish? The one you like best. Chicken and beef are perfect. Especially if you use homemade one.
  3. The dough should not be liquid, otherwise the finished products will be flat. But you shouldn’t add too much flour. In this case, the pancakes will not turn out so tender and airy.
  4. Kefir should be warmed a little at room temperature. If it is cold, then the baked products will not be particularly fluffy.

    1. Let's make minced meat. Wash the greens and chop them finely. Peel the onion and chop it finely too.

    2.Add greens and onions to the minced meat. Add ground pepper, salt and squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything until smooth.

    3.Let's prepare the dough for the whites. Pour two glasses of kefir into a deep bowl, add baking soda and stir. The soda should be quenched in the kefir medium (set aside for a minute). In another bowl, mix the chicken egg, sugar and salt. Combine kefir with egg mixture. Add flour in small portions, while kneading the dough well. The finished dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream, and if you scoop it into a spoon, it should slowly flow down.

    4.Pre-form small meat cakes from the prepared minced meat. The flatbread should be flat so that the minced meat is thoroughly fried in the white meat. Immediately prepare paper napkins or a towel for laying out the whites.

    5.Put a frying pan on the fire, pour oil into it and heat it up. Place a tablespoon of dough onto the hot surface of the pan. Leave space between the pieces, as the whites will increase in volume during the frying process. Place meat patties on top.

    6. Carefully pour the dough over the meat, leaving a small hole.

    7.Fry each belyash until golden brown on both sides. When they are ready, place them on a paper towel or napkin to get rid of excess oil.

    8. Lazy whites are ready! Serve them hot. If you wish, you can top them with sour cream or other tasty sauce. Bon appetit!

    Lazy belyashi without meat with onions

    (they are also called “fake belyashi”) - this is, in fact, a version of fried pancakes that taste like belyashi, but are prepared much easier and faster. The appropriate meaty taste for lazy whites is given by seasoning like “Mivina” with the taste of meat (I cooked with “10 vegetables” seasoning) and a large amount of onions. Belyashi turns out very tasty and fluffy, you can serve them with any sauce you like - tomato, sour cream, mayonnaise, etc., or you can eat it just like that.
