Vermicelli soup. Recipe without meat
We will need:
- Onions – 1 piece;
- Carrot – 1 piece;
- Vermicelli – 50-100 g;
- Potatoes – 3-4 pcs;
- Water – 1 l;
- Spices - to taste;
- Vegetable oil - for sautéing;
- Fresh herbs;
- Garlic – 1 clove.
Cooking process:
