  • Onions - 1 small head.
  • Pomegranate - 1 piece.
  • Walnuts - 70 gr.
  • Garlic - 1 clove.
  • Mayonnaise - 300 ml.
  • A little sunflower oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Pre-boil chicken, beets, potatoes, carrots and eggs.

Next, the vegetables should be cooled and peeled. We also peel the eggs.

Grate the vegetables on a medium or coarse grater. We put each product in separate saucers, salt and pepper immediately in the plates. Add squeezed garlic and a little vegetable oil to the grated beets.
