The next recipe will differ from the previous ones in that it will be prepared not from fresh berries, but from frozen ones. This means that this is an ideal budget dessert for winter. The author of the following recipe for clafoutis with cherries is Yulia Vysotskaya. It is not very different from the previous options, but still there is a difference.
Ingredients:
- flour – 6 tablespoons;
- frozen pitted cherries – 3 handfuls;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- brown sugar – 50 grams;
- milk – 100 milliliters;
- baking powder – 1 teaspoon;
- sea salt – 1 pinch.
Preparation:
- Since preparing the dough takes no more than a quarter of an hour, it is advisable to immediately set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

- Pour the cherries into the mold, first remove the liquid that has drained into the plate again.
- Pour the dough over the berries and place in the oven for half an hour, the time may increase depending on the size of the mold and the oven itself.
- After a golden crust has formed, you can check the readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick.
