- Then they are cooled in cool water, shelled and the whites are separated from the yolks. The whites are rubbed with a medium grater, and the yolks are crushed to fine crumbs;
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on the stove. Then put the onion pieces there and fry it for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally;
- Next, add pieces of mushrooms to the onion. Fry the champignons until tender, stirring them periodically. A couple of minutes before readiness, the mushrooms should be salted;
- Let's start forming the salad. Place the first layer of chicken meat and coat with mayonnaise;
- Place the second layer of fried champignons. There is no need to coat them; the oil in which they are fried will give additional juiciness;
- Next, lay out the pureed protein and cover it with a thin layer of mayonnaise;
- Sprinkle the entire salad with grated cheese and also coat with mayonnaise;
- At the end, sprinkle the top of the salad with chicken yolk crumbs;
- Next, the salad needs to be put in a cold place for 30 minutes to soak;
- Just before serving, decorate the salad in the shape of a sunflower. We insert chips in the form of petals along the edges in a circle. The olives need to be cut into two parts and spread over the entire surface;

- Chinese cabbage - 10 sheets
- pickled corn - 1 jar
