  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • olive oil – 6 tbsp. spoon;
  • lime – 1 pc.;
  • salt.
  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, lime juice and 4 tablespoons of oil, marinate the meat cut into strips in the mixture for 24 hours.
  2. Fry the slices in a frying pan along with the marinade.
  3. Add lettuce leaves, sweet pepper cut into strips, cucumber, a little oil and salt.
  4. Mix the salad with beef and bell pepper, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.

Greek salad"

This is a very popular and well-known salad. There are quite a lot of recipes for preparing “Greek” salad, however, bell pepper is present in each of them.

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes - 500 gr.
  • Bell pepper - 350 gr.
  • Fresh cucumber – 400 gr.
  • Onions - 150 gr.
  • Fetta cheese – 200 gr.
  • Pitted olives - 150 gr.
  • Olive quantity - 5 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Wash the bell pepper, cucumber and tomatoes, peel and cut into large cubes. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into half rings. Drain the water from the olives.

Now all the ingredients should be mixed, seasoned with oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
