  • half a pack of pasta;
  • 500 g chicken legs;
  • a glass of grated cheese;
  • two onions;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • salt, black pepper to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • a glass of milk.

Description of preparation:

  1. Boil the legs in salted water until tender. Cool and separate the meat from the bones into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onion, cut into half rings, in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add garlic crushed through a press, salt and pepper to taste. Place the prepared meat on the onion and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  3. We will prepare the sauce for pouring in a deep frying pan. Take the flour and fry it in well-heated vegetable oil until it gets a beautiful golden color. Salt and pepper to taste. Then carefully pour the milk into the flour in a thin stream and stir all the time, without stopping, until smooth, avoiding the formation of lumps.
  4. Boil the pasta in salted water with the addition of a spoon of vegetable oil. Place them in the prepared pan, greased with oil. Top with chicken meat, level the surface of the casserole and pour in the sauce.
  5. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and serve, sprinkled with cheese.

Spaghetti casserole with vegetables, cheese and cream

If you have a little more time before the guests arrive, you can prepare the dish according to a slightly more complex recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Leek stalks – 2 pcs.;
  • Yellow bell pepper – 2 pcs.;
  • Cherry tomatoes – 250 gr;
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • Gouda cheese – 150 gr;
  • Spaghetti – 300 gr;
  • Cream 20% - 200 ml;
  • A bunch of parsley;
  • Salt;
  • Black allspice.

Cooking method:

You need to cut two leek stalks into large rings and add them to the cooking spaghetti a few minutes before it is ready. After the spaghetti is ready, drain it in a colander, and while the water is draining, work on the vegetables. Cut 2 yellow peppers into strips, peel 250 grams of cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Chop a bunch of parsley and mix half the greens with 4 eggs, 150 grams of grated Gouda cheese and 200 milliliters of cream. Add a little salt and black pepper to the resulting sauce. Mix the spaghetti with the resulting sauce and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Garnish the casserole with the remaining herbs.

Pasta casserole with chicken fillet “Creamy”

  • half a pack of pasta;
  • 0.5 kg chicken fillet;
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • two onions;
  • 0.5 l of milk;
  • 3 tbsp. flour;
  • butter;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, spices to taste.

Description of preparation:

  1. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Cut the fillet into thin strips and place on the onion. Cover with a lid and simmer. To make the meat juicy, add a little water or ready-made broth.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the pasta until half cooked.
  3. At the end of the meat’s readiness, add tomato sauce, spices of your choice, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper and fry without a lid.
  4. For the filling sauce, heat the milk, it should be hot, and add a couple of tablespoons of butter to it.
  5. In a preheated dry frying pan, bring the flour to a golden color and a slight nutty smell, add salt.
  6. Pour a small amount of milk into the flour, stirring constantly, directly in the pan. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan with milk and over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the sauce until thick.
  7. Grease the mold with oil, lay some of the pasta in a layer, pour over the sauce, lay out the chicken, make another layer of pasta and pour in the remaining sauce.
  8. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees until done.

Cooking option - using minced meat

To cook pasta with minced meat in the oven, you will need:

Boil the pasta until almost done, drain the water, add oil. Chop the garlic, cut the onion into half rings. Salt the minced meat, add spices, garlic and fry in a small amount of oil, then simmer it with added water with the lid closed for 10 minutes.

Then prepare the filling: mix tomato paste with soy sauce, spices and sugar, add water if necessary. Place half of the total amount of pasta in a greased form, then a layer of minced meat, a layer of onion, the remaining minced meat and the last layer is pasta. Everything is poured with the prepared sauce.

The mold is placed in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes. After that, the mold is taken out, the contents are sprinkled with cheese, and it is placed again, but with cheese, in the oven. Bake the dish until a golden brown crust forms.

Almost at the end of cooking, add salt, pepper to taste, and your favorite spices. Set the prepared minced meat aside and start preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a small container, then, slowly, add the flour and carefully pour in the milk. Remember: the sauce must be stirred constantly to avoid lumps. Season the sauce with salt and remove from heat. Now place the boiled pasta with minced meat in a greased form (the pasta can be any type you like) and pour in the sauce. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 15-20 minutes. 400 g of large shells (they are called conciglioni, they are easy to find in any supermarket), 500 g of minced meat, 1-2 onions, 1 carrot, 5 medium-sized tomatoes, salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Preparation:

Fry finely chopped onion and grated carrots on a medium grater in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add minced meat to the vegetables, stir, breaking up any lumps. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skins from them and, cutting them into small cubes, add them to the minced meat. Many housewives also add tomato paste, but you can do without it. Add just a little broth or water to the pan and simmer the vegetables and minced meat for 5-10 minutes. Boil the shells until half cooked, drain in a colander, leave for a while, and then place in a greased baking dish, fill with the resulting tomato and meat filling and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished hot dish with chopped herbs and, if desired, with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

400 g pasta, 3 slices of stale white bread, 3-4 cloves of garlic (the quantity can be increased or decreased at your discretion), 2 processed cheese, 1 cup. milk, 2 tbsp. l. flour, butter, salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Crush the bread into small pieces with your hands. In a frying pan with heated butter, lightly fry the chopped garlic. Then place the bread pieces in the resulting garlic oil and fry, stirring constantly, until golden crisp. Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked and drain in a colander. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add flour and fry it until golden brown. Next, pour the milk into the pan in a thin stream, stir well to avoid lumps, and heat everything until thickened. Then add grated processed cheese (you can adjust the quantity yourself), stirring, and heat everything again until a homogeneous mass is formed. Don't forget to salt and pepper it to taste. Place the pasta in a greased baking dish, pour in the sauce, sprinkle with fried croutons and place in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.

This dish is perfect as a side dish for meat or fish dishes.

Pasta in the oven in Greek style

Ingredients:

500 g pasta, 500 g minced beef, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 60 g flour, 60 g butter, 750 ml milk, 3 eggs, 250 g hard cheese, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste, nutmeg nut (optional).

Preparation:

Chop the onion and fry it until light golden brown. Then add minced meat, diced peeled tomatoes, half a glass of water and bay leaf. Bring everything to a boil, reduce heat, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Boil the pasta until half cooked, drain in a colander and lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil. Grate the cheese. To bake this dish, chefs advise using hard cheese such as Parmesan. Although if you think about it, our hard cheeses are no worse - they have been tested and tested for years. Fry the flour in butter until golden brown, pour in the milk, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Continuing to stir, remove the sauce from the heat, add lightly beaten eggs and half the grated cheese. Salt and pepper the mixture and add nutmeg if desired. Place half of the pasta in a pre-greased pan and sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese. Spread the meat mixture evenly onto the layer of cheese, sprinkle with cheese again (whatever is left) and cover with the other half of the pasta. Pour the prepared white sauce over the dish and pierce the casserole with a toothpick in several places so that the sauce penetrates into all corners. Place the casserole dish in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.

Pasta casserole in the oven with champignons and tomatoes

Ingredients:

250 g pasta (preferably shells), 200 g boiled ham, 400 g champignons, 4 tomatoes, 500 ml milk, 125 ml water, 100 ml sour cream, 80-100 g grated cheese, 1 tbsp. l. starch, 2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley, salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Boil the shells in salted water until tender, drain in a colander and let the water drain. Meanwhile, finely chop the mushrooms and ham. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, and cut into cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil heated in a frying pan, add tomatoes, ham, parsley, salt to taste, mix well and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. In a separate saucepan, boil the milk, add water and starch, stir (preferably with a whisk) and cook for 1 minute. Then add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Grease the prepared baking dish with butter and place half of the pasta in it. Distribute them in an even layer, top with fried mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, and cover with the remaining pasta. Pour the sauce over the pasta casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Place the chopped ingredients into the prepared minced meat and add ground pepper and salt.
  5. Place the mixed meat mixture in a frying pan, add a little oil and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, water and tomato sauce. Stir the liquid until the sugar dissolves in it.
  7. Pour the remaining oil into the casserole dish and add half the amount of pasta. The second layer is minced meat, the third is the remaining pasta. Pour the prepared sauce over the base.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the dish in it for 20 minutes.
