  • One ripe tomato

Preparation:

To prepare this pizza we will need a large sheet of thin Armenian lavash. But if you happened to buy ready-made round pita bread, then take 3 at once. If you have a large sheet, then you need to cut out three identical circles from it, matching the diameter of the frying pan.

Cover with a second sheet and repeat the procedure. Place the last flatbread. Now you need to grease it with the remaining sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan. Place the pita bread structure here, sauce side up. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Arrange the mushrooms and tomatoes in any order. Now sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cut the mushrooms randomly. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan for 5-10 minutes, then add grated peeled tomatoes to it. Season all this with your favorite seasonings and keep on the fire for another five minutes.

It is advisable to cover the baking sheet with paper, then place the first sheet of pita bread on it. Make a mesh of mayonnaise on it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the second sheet on it and repeat the previous manipulations again. On top is the third sheet. We coat the pita bread with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with cheese so that the layers stick together during the cooking process. On the last sheet, previously greased with sauce, place the minced meat, then the mushrooms, lay out the onion half rings, make a mayonnaise mesh and generously sprinkle with cheese. Despite the fact that many nations prepare lavash, it is customary to distinguish only two varieties: Georgian and Armenian. In appearance they differ quite a lot. If the Armenian lavash is thin, then the Georgian one is more fluffy. Therefore, it is better to take it for pizza.

Well, briefly about why lavash? It’s worth starting with the fact that there is no yeast in real lavash. And this is already a plus. In addition, despite the fact that the basis of lavash is flour, salt and water, it contains quite a few useful substances, in particular: sodium, iron, zinc, copper and, of course, vitamins - primarily the entire group B.

True, there are a lot of calories in lavash, but still less than in white bread or pancakes fried in oil, incl. in this regard, it is also an ideal basis for lazy pizza.

What to make the filling from

We can talk a lot about pizza toppings for a long time. In fact, it can be absolutely any product that is currently present in the refrigerator. However, pizza will not be pizza if two main ingredients are missing - tomato sauce (tomato paste, ketchup) and cheese. Otherwise, the housewife’s imagination is not limited in any way: sausage, ham, mushrooms, pickled or pickled cucumbers, minced meat, pieces of meat, fish, seafood, olives and even individual fruits such as pineapple or orange - all this can be turned into a wonderful Italian dish.   • half-smoked sausage – 200 g;
  • tomato – 1 pc.

First you need to prepare the base. To do this, place the pita bread on a well-greased baking sheet. If it is too large, then you need to adjust it to the appropriate size. Then apply mayonnaise mesh to the pita bread and sprinkle grated cheese on top. In principle, you can simply mix the sauce with cheese, distributing the resulting mass evenly over the entire surface of the first layer of base. Place a second pita bread of the same size on top.
