If the meat is store-bought, then it is recommended to drain the first broth after boiling.

  • Onions - 3 pieces,
  • Vermicelli - 1 small handful,
  • Parsley and dill - it’s better to take more,
  • Celery - to taste
  • Salt - to taste.
  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillet thoroughly with warm water and cut into small pieces. Place them in a saucepan and add water. Over low heat, the water should come to a boil, then immediately remove the dirty foam on its surface and add the onion, cut into quarters.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Place in a saucepan.
  3. Let the carrots cook for 15 minutes and you can immediately add the potatoes, cut into large cubes.
  4. At the very end you can add vermicelli, salt, herbs and bay leaf.
  5. Mix everything and let the vermicelli cook.
