Cooking method:

  1. Boil the rice and rinse.
  2. Chop carrots and peppers and fry in vegetable oil.
  3. Add beans with liquid and boiled rice. Salt and pepper.
  4. Mix everything and simmer covered for about 20 minutes. Then remove from heat and let it brew. Serve with herbs, sour cream and pickles.

Snack pie of mushrooms, beans and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. boiled red beans
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 300 gr. champignons
  • 2 pcs. onions
  • butter
  • 200 gr. cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teeth garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the beans and garlic in a blender.
  2. Fry diced mushrooms and onions in butter. Grate the cheese.
  3. Mix beans, cheese, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  4. Puree the tomatoes in a blender, beat in the eggs and add salt to taste. Pour the filling into the bean mixture and knead.
  5. Grease the pie pan with butter, sprinkle with semolina and lay out the bean dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Chicken stewed with beans

This tasty dish is a good combination of poultry, beans and vegetables. This means it has everything you need for a complete lunch. To make your own canned red beans and chicken, you will need:

  • 1 bird carcass.
  • 1 cup chicken broth.
  • 2 carrots.
  • 1 onion.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • 700 g canned beans.
  • 4 tbsp. l. wheat flour.
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice.
  • Salt, pepper, citrus zest and vegetable oil.

Onions, garlic and carrots are sauteed in a heated greased frying pan, and then poured with broth. As soon as it boils, pieces of chicken are carefully placed in it, rolled in salted flour and fried until browned. All this is simmered under the lid for twelve minutes, and then mixed with beans, juice and lemon zest. The dish is prepared in just over a quarter of an hour, and before serving it is decorated with any fresh herbs.
