How to cook fricassee

To make this turkey fricassee recipe, start by cutting the turkey breast into quarters and removing all the skin. Place the breast pieces in the mojo criolo sauce and place the dish with the breast in the refrigerator to marinate, ideally for a whole day or at least four hours. The next day, remove the turkey from the refrigerator, place it in a frying pan, add a little oil and lightly fry the breast pieces in warm oil. When turkey breast pieces are browned, remove from heat and set aside. In the same frying pan and using the same fat, prepare a fry with garlic, chopped small onion, hot red pepper and chopped herbs, cumin, bay and tomato puree. Turkey fricassee with vegetables can be made for a celebration. Fricassee is a French dish, white meat stew with sauce. The French translation is “all sorts of things.”

Interesting fact! A French chef once prepared fricassee for Napoleon. The emperor did not like chicken meat and wanted to kick out the cook. But when I tried it, I gave orders to include fricassee in my menu.

Traditionally it is made from chicken meat and cut into small cubes. However, it will be no less tasty with turkey.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the meat, lemon and parsley. Peel the onion.

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces 2x2 cm. Heat the butter and olive oil in a deep frying pan. Over high heat, fry the turkey pieces on all sides until lightly golden brown.
