Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • hard-boiled eggs - 2 pcs;

  • canned corn - 3-4 tbsp. l.;
  • crab sticks – 200 g;
  • tomatoes – 200 g;

  • mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Cut the crab sticks into small cubes, approximately 3-5 mm. We peel the eggs and cut them into the same cubes as the crab sticks. Grate the cheese onto a coarse grater.

We take the corn out of the jar and place it in a colander. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and remove the liquid part with the seeds. Cut the remaining dense pulp into small cubes, approximately 3-5 mm.

Place crab sticks, corn, eggs and cheese in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix.

If necessary, you can add a little salt.

Place a cooking ring in the center of the plate. Lay out the salad, compacting it slightly.

Top with chopped tomatoes.

Carefully remove the cooking ring. Decorate with parsley leaves if desired.

How to cook:

Boil chicken fillet and eggs until done. When everything has cooled, chop the eggs with a knife, and cut the chicken fillet into small equal cubes. From a head of Chinese cabbage, remove only the top leaves, since they are the most tender and soft, and cut them into strips.

Cut the cheese into small pieces, place in a large deep bowl, add chopped chicken, eggs, cabbage and add canned peas. Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add a little salt to taste and add spices (pepper).

Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry with paper towels. Place them overlapping on the bottom of the dish. Then place a serving ring on top of the greens and place the seasoned appetizer in it, lightly pressing down with a spoon.   • mayonnaise – 50 g;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Step-by-step description of the dish

Cook the chicken in salted water until cooked and cool. Boil carrots and potatoes until soft. Boil the egg hard.
