. This recipe with pineapple, due to its special properties, allows you to cook white and red chicken meat in one dish. Place 7-9 portions of chicken in a greased pan. Chop 300–400 g of carrots, steam 2 tbsp. l. raisins, cut 400 g of pineapple into small cubes, distribute between and on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with pepper mixture and 1 tsp. dry basil, add a little salt. To fill, mix a glass of pineapple juice (if using canned, take syrup) and 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, pour into mold. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes on medium heat.

Turkey schnitzel.

Peel fresh pineapple, cut lengthwise and remove core. Cut 4 equal slices and puree the rest of the pulp. Dry the slices in melted butter. Lightly beat 4 pieces of breast, 150–170 g each, and roll successively in wholemeal flour, beaten eggs, 2 pieces mixed with curry powder and a pinch of salt, and in coconut flakes. In the same frying pan, fry in a mixture of vegetable and ghee. Pour fruit puree into the remaining fat, pour 2 tbsp. l. unsweetened sea buckthorn juice and honey, simmer a little. Pineapple chips.

There are a lot of pineapple dessert recipes, from simple muffins to complex cakes. For a light sweet buffet, you should make pineapple chips that are both youthful and sophisticated.
