Its presence is possible, but only in small quantities. Pass the garlic through a press, mix with salt, olive oil, thyme, rosemary. Brush the lamb with this spicy mixture. Place it in a second layer on a baking sheet and put it all in the oven for an hour. After taking it out, pour it over with white wine and send it back. Keep in the oven until golden brown on top. Now it's time to divide the dish into portions. The finished dish, if desired, can be decorated with herbs.
