  • salt, ground black pepper, sugar - to taste.

  1. The first step is to prepare the ingredients. Rinse the cabbage under the tap with cold water. Wipe the head of cabbage with a paper towel. Then chop the vegetable. Don't be too selfless. The fact is that it greatly decreases in volume during heat treatment. Keep this in mind.
  2. Second step. Look at the sausages. If they are in a natural shell, then simply cut them into pieces 2 centimeters wide. Otherwise, remove the top layer and only then cut the sausage product.
  3. Third step. Peel the onion and rinse in water. We also chop it not too coarsely.
