  • 500-600 g white cabbage,
  • 1 glass of sour cream,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of butter,
  • dill greens,
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste.

Turn the oven to medium heat. Coarsely chop the cabbage and cook in salted water over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, then drain in a colander or sieve to drain. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the cabbage and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix sour cream with salt and pepper, add chopped dill, pour sour cream over the cabbage and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Recipe 3: cauliflower in the oven with sour cream and breadcrumbs

Very fast, tasty, beautiful. Suitable for children. I really love breaded cauliflower. But the cooking process takes time, which is always not enough. Even gourmets will like the crispy crust and delicate taste.

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Hard cheese 150
  • Sour cream 150
  • Mayonnaise 150
  • Salt 0.5
  • Garlic to taste

1. Rinse the cauliflower, drain, and divide into inflorescences. Cut them in half lengthwise. Place foil on a baking sheet and place cabbage cut side down. I immediately laid it out on portioned islands so that it would be easy to put on plates later.

2. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal quantities, add salt and ground dry garlic to taste.

3. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the cabbage.

4. Grate the cheese and crackers on a fine grater (or add ready-made breadcrumbs), mix with your hands and sprinkle over the cabbage.

5. Bake in the oven preheated to 200″ C for 25 minutes. Leave in the hot oven for another 5-10 minutes.

PS I did NOT pre-boil the cabbage. The first time I was worried, would it be tough? Surprisingly, everything turned out wonderful! This time I experimented with tomatoes, it was also very tasty. The proportion of sour cream and mayonnaise can be changed to taste. Serve with meat or as a separate dish.

Fried cauliflower with onions and rice

Required ingredients:

  • Cabbage - 600 g.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Rice - 200 g.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g.
  • Salt.
  • Spices.

Cooking steps:

  • Wash and boil the rice until half cooked (it is better to use long-grain rice).
  • Divide the cabbage into florets and boil them for 3 minutes.
  • Grate the onion and carrots and then fry in oil.
  • Add chopped cabbage to the vegetables, and after 10 minutes add rice.
  • Cook the vegetables for another 15-20 minutes.
  • The dish can be served hot or cold.

Recipe 4: cauliflower baked in the oven with sour cream and minced meat

Sometimes it is so difficult to force men to eat healthy vegetables; meat is considered the main food for the stronger half of humanity. Try a trick and use our recipe. You'll see, your son or husband, or both together, will certainly ask for more.

  • 300 gr. cauliflower;
  • 150 gr. rice;
  • 300 gr. minced pork or beef or a mixture of two types of meat;
  • 2 eggs;
  • large onion and 3 heads of chopped garlic;
  • 1 bright bell pepper, you can take red or orange;
  • 100 gr. sour cream and cheese;
  • oil - you can take any vegetable oil,
  • salt, spices to taste, ground black pepper.

Cook the cabbage until half cooked and the rice until done. Mix the cereal with the minced meat, beat in 1 egg, add finely chopped onion, sprinkle with pepper and salt. The meat mass needs to be kneaded thoroughly. Then, in a separate bowl, combine cheese and sour cream (or cream) and 1 egg, also add a little salt and pepper. Now all that’s left to do is bake the cauliflower in the oven. On a baking sheet or in a mold, lightly greased, place the minced meat, cauliflower and chopped pepper on top, and then pour in the cheese and sour cream sauce. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake in a preheated oven (temperature should be about 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and cook the dish for the next 30 minutes. Be sure that such a casserole in your family will not leave anyone indifferent.

Recipe 5: white cabbage baked in the oven with sour cream and apples

  • A medium-sized head of white cabbage;
  • Eight medium-sized apples;
  • Half a glass of sour cream;
  • A tablespoon of flour;
  • Four tablespoons of white crackers;
  • Four tablespoons of butter;
  • Salt, herbs.

Chop fresh white cabbage into thin strips or finely chop. Add salt, place in a casserole or thick-bottomed pan, add oil and simmer, covered, until done. Peel and seed the apples, cut into thin slices or strips and add to the cabbage. Then pour in sour cream, whipped with flour and melted butter, stir.

Grease a baking dish, sprinkle the bottom and sides with breadcrumbs, fill with cabbage and apples, level the top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with melted butter and bake in the oven until golden brown. Then remove the cabbage from the mold, cut into portions, pour in sour cream (or melted butter) and sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill.

If the apples are very sour, then you can add a little sugar to the sour cream whipped with flour.

Cauliflower stewed with potatoes, zucchini and green peas

  • cauliflower – 0.6 kg;
  • zucchini – 0.4 kg;
  • green peas – 0.4 kg;
  • potatoes – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • carrots – 0.2 kg;
  • garlic – 5 cloves;
  • sour cream – 0.25 l;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil - as much as needed;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Prepare the vegetables by washing and drying.
  • Peel the carrots and chop them on a grater. Remove the skin from the onion and chop it into small pieces.
  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, cut large pieces into several parts.
  • Peel and remove large seeds from the zucchini and cut into cubes.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into the same pieces as zucchini.
  • Crush the garlic with a press and mix with sour cream. Add salt and spices, dilute with water.
  • Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the rest of the vegetables and green peas, pour in sour cream sauce.
  • Simmer for half an hour over low heat, covering the pan with a lid.

The cauliflower dish according to this recipe turns out to be satisfying due to the presence of potatoes and green peas in the composition. It looks delicious.

Cauliflower with vegetables can also be stewed in a slow cooker. To fry food, use the “Frying” or “Baking” program. If you need to pre-boil the cabbage, steaming is suitable. For extinguishing, use the “Extinguishing” program. Cooking time is 20–40 minutes, depending on the selected recipe and the power of the unit.
