    1. Wash and soak the lentils for 4-5 hours (it’s better to do this in the evening).
    2. Pour water (3 liters) into a saucepan, put a whole peeled onion, crumble the bouillon cubes and let the broth simmer after boiling for 20 minutes. Then remove the onion. Salt the broth to taste.
    3. Wash and peel the carrots, potatoes, peppers. Cut the potatoes and peppers into cubes or strips, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    • smoked sausage - 100 grams;
    • vegetable mixture - 200 grams;

    Cook the pasta in salted water until cooked. After this, you need to let it brew for about 10 minutes. At this time, you need to prepare a delicious sauce, without which no pasta can do.   • 500 g potatoes.
  • 150 g feta cheese.
  • 50 g butter.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 pod each red and yellow pepper.
  • Salt and aromatic seasonings.
  • The washed and peeled potatoes are cut into slices and browned in half the available oil. After this, it is combined with cheese cubes, salt and seasonings. All this is supplemented with pepper fried with garlic, mixed carefully and served.

    Casserole with salmon

    All lovers of red fish will definitely take note of this tender and very tasty dish. To prepare it for an everyday or holiday dinner, you will need:

  • 700 g raw salmon fillet.
  • 200 ml milk cream (20%).
  • 150 g hard cheese.
  • 1 kg of potatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 1 raw egg.
  • 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour.
  • Salt, coriander, drinking water, herbs and olive oil.
  • First of all, you should deal with the onions. It is peeled, washed, chopped and sautéed in hot oil. When it changes color, it is supplemented with flour and half of the available cream. All this is brought to a boil and combined with pieces of salmon. After a short time, the contents of the frying pan are transferred into a deep form, flavored with crushed garlic and covered with a puree made from boiled potatoes, eggs, coriander and the remaining cream. At the final stage, the future casserole is mashed with cheese and sent for heat treatment. Prepare it at 180 °C for twenty-five minutes. Serve the casserole hot, garnished with herbs.

    Recipe No. 1. With smoked sausage

    We will need:

    • Smoked sausage – 200 gr.
    • Onion – 2 pcs.
    • The cheese is hard. – 150 gr.
    • Potatoes – 8 pcs.
    • Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.
    • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
    • Oil under – 2 tbsp. l.
    • Spices

    Preparation:

    Peel off the peel. We cut the onion into half rings, and the main vegetable into thin slices.

    When buying “second bread”, pay attention to the tubers; they must be undamaged and clean.

    Remove the skin from the smoked sausage and cut into strips. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. In a separate plate, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and add spices.
