1. First of all, saute the carrots and onions. To do this, peel the carrots and onions, wash them, pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat them up, and sauté them. For two minutes, simmer the vegetables over low heat, stirring constantly (they should be soaked in oil).

2. You need to choose hearts for cooking very carefully. If the hearts are chilled, then this option will be the best for cooking, since in such cases the blood does not have time to coagulate inside the hearts, although frozen hearts will also be suitable for cooking.
