Cooking sequence

  1. First of all, turn on the oven at 180° so that it has time to warm up.

  3. Using the same grater, remove the zest from half the orange until white pulp appears.
  4. We separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
  5. Mix the yolks with carrots, oranges and add butter.
  6. In a suitable container (I use a mixer bowl and the mixer itself) beat the whites with a pinch of salt.

  8. Sift the flour and mix with sugar, carefully add it to the orange mixture. If desired, you can add a little vanilla.

  10. It's time to take the molds (silicone or paper), fill them a third with dough and place them on a baking sheet.

  1. The first step is to break the eggs into a bowl and mix them with sugar. After this, work well with a mixer.

  4. Add baking powder, salt and vanillin. Finish forming the dough by introducing flour into it.

  • 200 g kefir;
  • 2 carrots (150 grams);
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 40 g vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon;
  • pinches of salt;
  • powdered sugar (for decoration).

The recipe for these muffins is as follows:

  1. According to tradition: separately mix bulk (flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar) and liquid (kefir and butter) ingredients. Grate the carrots on the finest grater.
  2. Reunite the liquid with the dry, stirring quickly, and complete the composition by adding grated carrots. Divide the mixture into the molds, leaving 1/3 of their volume free.

  • water – 170 ml;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • baking soda – half a teaspoon;
  • apple or wine vinegar - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • ground spices (ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg) - to taste.

You can combine the amount of flour. 300+165=465 grams. Take 465 grams of premium wheat flour.

How to cook:

  1. Grate the carrots using a coarse grater. Mix with cane sugar. Press well with your hand. The carrots should release a lot of juice.
  2. Pour in vegetable oil. Stir.
  3. In a clean, dry bowl, combine both types of flour. Add salt, baking powder, soda. Don't forget the ground spices. Mix with a whisk.
  4. Gently combine dry ingredients with carrots.
  5. Add water.
  6. Add raisins. Stir the dough.
  7. Finally add apple cider vinegar. If desired, substitute wine or sour lemon juice. Stir.
