Heat the water to a temperature of 37-40 degrees. It should not be boiled or too hot.

Take a deep and wide container, pour dry yeast into it and fill it with warm water. Stir well to dissolve the yeast.

After this, add sugar and a little salt, also dissolve well in water.

Next, add the required amount of mayonnaise. It can be taken with any percentage of fat content. It is thanks to mayonnaise that neither eggs nor vegetable oil are used in the dough. Mix the mixture well, rub out all the lumps.

Sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen and gradually pour it into the container with the general mixture. First, stir the dough thoroughly with a spoon, and when it stops sticking, then start kneading with your hands. The dough should be very soft and elastic.

Roll the dough into a “ball”, place in a bowl, and sprinkle a little flour on top. Cover with a towel or napkin and place in a warm place for an hour and a half.

During this time, the dough needs to be kneaded several times, then it will turn out very loose and airy.

After this, you can begin any type of baking.

It is customary to say something bad about mayonnaise: it contains cholesterol and too much oil. I propose to make a dough from it, in which all these disadvantages become a significant advantage. Distribute the filling evenly.

Fill with the second half of the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and leave for another 5-10 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick or knife. If nothing sticks, the baked goods are ready.

Using a kitchen knife, peel the potatoes and then rinse them well under warm running water. Transfer the root vegetables to a cutting board.


Using the same sharp tool, cut the potatoes lengthwise into two halves. Then we cut each half crosswise into thin slices, no more than 4-5 millimeters
, and transfer our vegetable ingredient to a free bowl.
Attention:
the thinner the potato slices, the faster our pie will cook, since the dough itself cooks quite quickly.

Step 2: prepare the onion.


Using a kitchen knife, peel the onion and rinse it under running water. Then we transfer it to a cutting board and, using the same sharp equipment, cut our vegetable ingredient lengthwise into two halves. Afterwards, cut each onion half into half rings, no more than 3-4 millimeters
, and transfer our ingredient to a free plate.

Step 3: Prepare the nutmeg.


We rinse the nutmeg under running water, and then use a paper towel to dry it well from the water. Then, using a fine grater, grate the ingredient into a small bowl. It is necessary to grate nutmeg with the skin.

Step 4: prepare the filling.


Place onion half rings and chopped nutmeg in a bowl with the potato slices. Then add salt to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients well together.

Step 5: prepare the flour.


Sift the flour through a sieve into a free bowl to remove lumps. At the same time, the flour ingredient is enriched with oxygen from the air, which not only makes kneading the dough easier, but also improves its quality. To prepare the dough, we use wheat flour, the highest grade, fine grinding and a proven brand.

Step 6: prepare the dough.


Using a tablespoon, transfer the mayonnaise into the mixer bowl. Then, using a kitchen knife, break the shell of a chicken egg over the container of an electrical appliance, and pour the white and yolk into the mixer bowl. Then, at medium speed, beat the two ingredients well for 3-4 minutes
until a homogeneous mass is formed.


After this, add soda and flour to the same container and beat all the ingredients again at medium speed for

Pour the finished dough into a free bowl and, using a tablespoon, transfer the vegetable filling into the same container. Then, using the same cutlery, mix all the ingredients well together. Using a pastry brush, grease the baking dish evenly with a small amount of vegetable oil, not forgetting the sides of the container. Then pour the dough mixture with filling into the bottom of the baking dish and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the container. Using a tablespoon, distribute the filling in the dough evenly so that when preparing the pie, it is baked equally on all sides. Our pie is baked for 35-45 minutes.
It is advisable not to open the oven door while cooking, as the baked goods may settle. Ingredients:

  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • cabbage - 400 g
  • dry garlic - to taste
  • dill - 20 g
  • sour cream - 5 tbsp.
  • flour - 6 tbsp.
  • onion - 115 g
  • butter - 20 g
  • ground pepper - 2 g
  • green onion - 20 g
  • mayonnaise - 6 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • sesame - 1 tsp.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g
  • mayonnaise - 250 g
  • hard cheese - 100 g

  • ham - 300 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.

    Ingredients:

    • soda - 1/2 tsp.
    • flour - 2.5 cups
    • thick jam - 300 g
    • mayonnaise - 250 g
    • sugar - 150 g
    • butter - 150 g
    • eggs - 2 pcs.
    • vanillin - to taste

    Grind soft butter with sugar. Add eggs, soda and mayonnaise to the mixture. Also, add flour and a little vanilla to the mixture if desired. Knead the dough. Place the dough mixture into a greased mold. Cover the layer of dough with jam and pour in a second portion of dough.

    Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut the baked product into triangles, sprinkle the dish with powdered sugar or nut crumbs if desired, and serve with tea.

    Yeast dough with mayonnaise for pies

    Required Products:

    • salt;
    • granulated sugar - 50 grams;
    • mayonnaise - 150 grams;
    • yeast - 25 grams;
    • flour - 550 grams;
    • water - 125 grams.

    For the filling you can use mashed potatoes, boiled eggs or cottage cheese with herbs and garlic. It all depends on your wishes and preferences.

    Flavored crab pie

    Ingredients:

    • sour cream - 200 g
    • flour - 10 tbsp.
    • crab sticks - 200 g
    • eggs - 2 pcs.
    • mayonnaise - 200 g
    • baking powder - 1/3 tbsp.
    • onion - 2 pcs.
    • salt - to taste

    Chop crab sticks and peeled onion into cubes. Fry the ingredients. Season the filling to taste. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add eggs, the required amount of baking powder and carefully add flour.

    Line the pan with parchment. Pour out exactly half of the dough mixture, place the cold crab filling and fill it with the other half of the dough. Bake the pie until golden brown. Slice the fragrant and very tasty pie and serve with sour cream sauce.

    Batter for jellied pie with kefir and mayonnaise

    Ingredients:

    • chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
    • mayonnaise (67% fat) – 5 tbsp. spoon with a mountain;
    • – 280 ml;
    • baking powder for dough – 2 teaspoons;
    • wheat flour – 380 g.

    Preparation

    Carefully separate the eggs from the shell, pour homemade kefir into them, apply thick, fatty mayonnaise and stir everything until smooth with a hand whisk. Then sift the wheat flour here, add baking powder and stir thoroughly until the lumps of flour disappear. The dough should have a consistency similar to sour cream.

    The filling for such a dough must be well salted, because if you noticed that we did not add salt to the dough, there is enough of it in mayonnaise.

    Dough without yeast for mayonnaise pie

    Ingredients:

    • egg (large) – 1 pc.;
    • mayonnaise (fat content 67%) – 120 g;
    • milk – 100 ml;
    • flour – 270 g;
    • salt (extra) – 1 pinch;
    • sugar – 1 pinch;
    • baking soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
    • vinegar – 1 teaspoon.

    Preparation

    Beat a large chicken egg into a deep bowl, add a pinch of sugar and salt and mash everything together with a fork. We extinguish the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the egg, and then pour warm milk here, add mayonnaise and mix everything well with a spoon. First sift the flour through a sieve, pour it into a bowl and knead the dough for the pie. It turns out the way you always dreamed of: soft, fluffy and easy to work with sculpting. All you have to do is roll it out, put it in a mold and fill it with your favorite filling.

    Yeast dough with mayonnaise for sweet pie

    Ingredients:

    • dry yeast - 3 teaspoons;
    • milk – 220 ml;
    • mayonnaise – 90 g;
    • wheat flour – 470 g;
    • egg yolks – 2 pcs.;
    • butter – 50 g;
    • salt – 0.5 teaspoon;
    • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons.

    Preparation

    Add salt, sugar, dry yeast to the milk, which is heated almost until hot, and set everything aside for 10, maximum 15 minutes, until a cap forms. Then add melted butter, mayonnaise and egg yolks to the dough, which will give the dough a beautiful yellowish tint. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients, then sift the flour into them and knead the dough well. Leave it in a bowl, which we cover with a kitchen towel and place in a warm place for 30-35 minutes. After this time, the dough, well increased in volume, we knead again and after that, use it to prepare a sweet pie.

    To prepare dough for pies with mayonnaise and yeast, from which any pastry can be made, you will need the following ingredients:

    1. Chicken eggs – 1 piece;
    2. Olive oil – 3 tablespoons;
    3. Mayonnaise – 1 package of 200-250 grams;
    4. Salt – 2 teaspoons;
    5. Sugar - from 1 to 4-5 tablespoons (depending on what the dough is for - more sugar for sweet pastries);
    6. Fresh yeast – 50 grams;
    7. Flour – 0.6-0.7 kg;
    8. Water or milk - 0.5 or 0.1 ml, respectively.
