Condensed milk balls | Country of Masters

Good day everyone! The weekend is the time to please yourself and your loved ones with something delicious. And in order to relax and have time to do some handicrafts, I offer you a simple and quick recipe!

We will need: a can of condensed milk, 2 eggs, flour, salt, soda (not pictured)

Mix the dough: mix eggs and condensed milk, add a pinch of salt and slaked soda on the tip of a knife. Add flour as much as the dough takes. I get about 2 cups. It’s very easy to determine the readiness of the dough - it easily lags behind your hands. The dough is very pleasant and soft - it’s easy for kids to work with it.

We form balls with a diameter of about 2 centimeters, this is approximately the length of the phalanx of a finger, it is very convenient to navigate along the palm. If the balls are larger, they will crack during subsequent frying.

Fry the balls in oil. Do not pack the balls tightly - they will almost double in size!

For comparison: ready and raw balls.

Remove the balls onto a paper napkin to remove excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The balls are not cloying, with a delicately crispy crust! Good with any “additive” - sour cream, jam, ice cream, fresh berries. They go great with coffee, tea, compotes, milk. And I LOVE these balls with tomato juice! :-)

THANK YOU everyone for your attention! AND...BON APPETITE!

Donuts with brown condensed milk

These are very interesting donuts made with condensed milk. The recipe says that instead of regular condensed milk you need to use boiled - the so-called toffee.

To prepare the dish you need the following ingredients:

  • 30 g yeast;
  • 2.5 cups premium flour;
  • glass of water;
  • 20 g sugar;
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil for deep-frying and in the dough (spoon);
  • salt.

In this case, the dough for donuts with condensed milk is a little more difficult to prepare. Or rather, it’s not more difficult, but longer, because our base is yeast. It should be noted that donuts made from butter dough are more fluffy and voluminous, so the products are designed in the form of lumps rather than rings. Everyone must know how to make yeast dough. Heat some water, dissolve the yeast, add a little sugar. Pour the swollen mass into the sifted flour, knead the dough, the consistency of thick sour cream. Leave to rise (warm).

So we have the basis. Dust your hands with flour and, pinching off pieces of dough, form them into flat cakes. You need to put a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk on them (this will be the filling). Now all that remains is to seal the edges to form an even, round lump. For frying, it is better to take a cast iron pan. Pour oil into it (necessarily refined), boil and put donuts in it. In this case, the oil should cover them above the middle. During the frying process, donuts must be constantly turned over with a slotted spoon or a tablespoon so that they brown on all sides.

Ready-made donuts must be removed from excess fat and decorated with powdered sugar. That's it, it's time to call your household to the table!

Preparation

Pour condensed milk into a deep bowl. It is important to use a fresh product so that the sugared pieces do not spoil the texture of the dessert and the sugar does not squeak on your teeth. Beat a large egg into it. Beat the ingredients with a whisk, thoroughly stirring the egg into the milk. Quench the soda with lemon juice and pour into the egg-condensed milk mixture. Mix everything well. If the soda reacts correctly with lemon, the mixture will immediately begin to bubble slightly.

Sift wheat flour into a bowl. Stir well with a hand whisk or mixer, thoroughly mixing the flour into the condensed milk. Knead into a smooth, soft, but slightly sticky mass. Homemade dough with condensed milk turns out to be plastic and pliable.

Using moistened or floured hands, tear off small pieces of the same size from a large piece of dough. For convenience, you can give the dough a rectangular shape, cut it into strips, and then into squares. Form each piece of dough into round balls slightly larger than a walnut.

Advice. Do not make the products too large, otherwise they may not cook inside.

Heat the vegetable oil well in a saucepan. There should be enough fat to completely cover each bun. You should not use homemade butter that is too aromatic; its smell will overwhelm the delicate aroma of baking. Drop condensed milk balls into hot oil. The koloboks should be fried in small batches, turning them over in the oil. During frying, the products should not touch each other or the bottom of the pan, otherwise they will come out flattened and unevenly cooked.

When the donuts are completely covered with an even golden crust, remove them from the oil. It is best to do this with a slotted spoon or a special spoon with holes. Place the buns on a napkin or paper towel and allow excess oil to drain. Sprinkle the finished dessert with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with tea, coffee, hot chocolate.

Koloboks from condensed milk can be prepared not only from the classic product. The chocolate version of condensed milk will give the dish a new taste, and additional additives in the form of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger will add fresh notes to an already familiar delicacy.

The given recipe for koloboks with condensed milk can be easily modified and many other delicacies can be prepared based on it. If desired, you can increase the benefits of such baking by adding a little grated cottage cheese to the dough and making curds.

Last weekend I cooked an incredibly delicious dish - condensed milk balls. You know, they taste a little like donuts, but their cooking principle is completely different. Moreover, what was most surprising for me personally was that soda or regular baking powder was added to the dough and due to this the balls turned out to be very light, airy, crispy and literally melting in the mouth. You know, I would like to strongly recommend that you take note of the recipe, and when you have free time, be sure to try it. I am sure that not only you, but also your loved ones and close people will appreciate this delicacy. I would like to note that to prepare these balls, you only need to first buy a jar of high-quality condensed milk, not boiled, but the most ordinary one. I will even say more, you can make these balls from condensed milk fried in homemade oil. I described the recipe with a photo of this dessert in detail for you. By the way, cooking it is not at all difficult; you just need to combine condensed milk and sugar in a percentage ratio of 1:2. You only need to cook condensed milk for 15-20 minutes. Well, if you don’t want to go through this procedure, you can simply buy ready-made condensed milk at your nearest grocery store. Check out this one too. So, let's get started, prepare the necessary products:

- half a can of condensed milk, - 2 eggs, - 1.5 cups of flour, - half a teaspoon of soda, - a little vinegar to quench the soda.

How to cook with photos step by step

Beat chicken eggs into a bowl. Beat them with a regular whisk and add condensed milk. Then add soda, quench it with vinegar first. Mix everything. Then add flour. Knead the dough. Make it out of

When there is bad weather outside, you want to cook something tasty and, wrapped in a fluffy blanket, wait out the bad weather with a cup of fragrant tea. A great idea in the cold - hot and satisfying condensed milk balls, fried in oil according to the old and simple recipe of our wise grandmothers, which does not require expensive products. It requires simple ingredients, half an hour of standing at the stove - and your favorite delicacy, which will be collected over tea and leisurely conversations, will be ready!

Compared to sweets stuffed with “chemicals” that store shelves are full of, our homemade condensed milk-flavored treat is advantageous in all respects. It is done in an elementary way, so any housewife, even a less experienced housewife, can handle condensed milk balls. In addition, to obtain them you don’t need any fancy kitchen gadgets - just a bowl for mixing products, a cast iron for frying in oil and a spoon for turning over and catching the finished products.

The recipes that we will try (and some will remember) are very simple, but it is better not to skimp on products so that the sweet rounds turn out delicious.

So, when choosing condensed milk, it is best to take GOST or, in extreme cases, with the DSTU sign. Flour should be of the highest quality, and it is better to take coarse sugar - it is sweeter. Since our condensed milk balls are supposed to be fried in oil, it is best to take purified, that is, refined.

Let's start with the simplest recipe for cookies with condensed milk. We don’t have to tinker with the dough for a long time; we can buy a ready-made non-yeast “puff pastry”.

Sweets for all occasions: yeast donuts with condensed milk

Required ingredients:

  • yeast - 25 g;
  • water - glass;
  • sugar - 2 large spoons;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • premium flour - 2.5 cups.

A distinctive feature of this recipe is that it does not require eggs or margarine, and much less sugar is needed than for regular baking dough. The result is lush, voluminous products, and also not too high in calories. In addition, such sweets can even be prepared during fasting.

Crumble the yeast into a bowl, add sugar, add a little water and stir everything. When the mixture is covered with foam, pour in the remaining water, add a glass of flour, and mix well. Cover the dishes with a clean towel and place in a warm water bath.

After 10 minutes, add the last glass of flour, doing it slowly and carefully. Also add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir and return to the water bath.

After about 10 minutes the dough should rise. Now you need the remaining 0.5 tbsp. Sift the flour into a bowl with the base, gently knead the dough with your hands. This is how easy it is to prepare lean yeast dough for donuts with condensed milk. The recipe allows you to use not only condensed milk as a filling, but also jams or even marmalade. Can you imagine the delight of a child who finds a whole berry inside a treat?

Step-by-step preparation

  1. As a child, these donuts were my favorite and most delicious treat.
  2. In a deep bowl, beat eggs with condensed milk, a small amount of flour and soda slaked with vinegar.
  3. Continue adding flour until the dough is almost stiff. The dough will stick to your hands, so when forming balls, you need to wet your hands with water.
  4. Place the first batch of balls into a pan with hot vegetable oil, helping them to float with a wooden spoon. It is better to fry over medium heat so that they are fried on the inside and not burned on the outside.
  5. Remove the finished buns, fried until golden brown, with a slotted spoon and place in a colander or on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
  6. Then transfer them to a plate, let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. On average, you get 22 koloboks.

  • Flour - 150 gr

Chocolate donuts with condensed milk

Chocolate, and even with condensed milk! These donuts are probably just the dream of the most notorious sweet tooth. They turn out really sweet, even a little sugary, but, as they say, there are no comrades for taste and color.

What ingredients are required? The list is quite simple:

  • (can be boiled) - half a jar;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • powdered sugar for decoration;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - a pinch.

How to make chocolate donuts

So, prepare the dough with condensed milk. First, you need to beat the eggs with salt in a blender, add condensed milk to them, add cocoa and baking powder. Mix all. Sift flour there and knead the dough. In this case, you need to add enough flour to make the dough soft. If it’s too tight, the donuts will turn out rubbery or hard, but they shouldn’t be that way. Donuts are soft, fluffy and full.

So, you need to form a sausage, cut pieces from it and mold them into balls. If filling is provided, then you need to make indentations in them. The balls will fry very quickly, so you need to make all the donuts from the prepared dough at once.

You need to fry in a deep saucepan or in a frying pan. We don’t skimp on the oil: you will need so much of it that the lumps almost drown in it. This will then ensure even cooking and browning. There is no need to try to cook all the donuts at once. It is better to do several approaches, but get high-quality products. Therefore, we will fry in small batches. At the same time, it is very important to observe the temperature regime: the temperature should be “optimal” - neither high nor low. Otherwise, the donuts will either burn immediately or absorb all the oil.

Take out the finished balls and place them on a towel. Then season with powdered sugar. Chocolate donuts made from dough with condensed milk are ready to eat.

How to serve cottage cheese balls?

In addition to powdered sugar, which is a classic way to serve dessert, the balls can be decorated in other ways:

  • Drizzle them with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  • Dip the balls in jam syrup and roll in white chocolate shavings.
  • Serve the balls with condensed milk, in which everyone present at the table can dip them.

You will find another recipe for cottage cheese balls in this video. The hostess also puts sour cream in it.

In my childhood, this simple but incredibly tasty dessert was simply called donuts. Today, due to the fact that the culinary boundaries of different countries have blurred, and some have completely disappeared, American donuts, bagels, and German Berliners are also called donuts. But if they say curd balls, those same fragrant, crispy outside and with an airy, loose filling inside, delicious curd donuts from childhood immediately come to mind.

We offer two recipes for cottage cheese balls, fried in oil with and without filling. Both types of donuts are fried in a large amount of oil and sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.

Heat the oil in a saucepan or cast iron frying pan and add the first portion of donuts. The oil should cover them almost to the top. Remove the finished donuts with a slotted spoon or spoon and place on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Decorate the finished donuts with powdered sugar.

Now you know how to make donuts with condensed milk. Invite your friends, set the table and receive praise from your family and friends! Enjoy your tea!

Donuts made with condensed milk turn out very fluffy, moderately sweet and incredibly tasty. You can easily prepare them if you study the recipe with step-by-step photos. Donuts are prepared without adding yeast, which greatly simplifies the cooking process and saves your time. This was the first time I made donuts with condensed milk and I will definitely make them again. This recipe is just a godsend for those who need to cook something tasty and quick. I recommend that you not waste time, but run to the kitchen right now and prepare delicious donuts.

Ingredients:

  • condensed milk - 350 grams,
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces,
  • baking powder - 15 grams,
  • vanillin - a pinch,
  • table salt - 1/2 tsp,
  • wheat flour - 450-480 grams,
  • sunflower oil - how much will it take,
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

How to cook donuts with condensed milk

Beat 3 eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and whisk everything lightly.

Then pour in the condensed milk and mix well with a whisk until all the ingredients are combined.

Add a pinch of vanillin and baking powder. The amount of baking powder must be taken based on the flour calculation indicated on the package. I have 15 grams of baking powder for 500 grams of flour, so I used a whole bag.

And at the end add the sifted flour. It is better to add flour in parts, it will be easier to knead, and you will be able to calculate its exact amount, since it will directly depend on the thickness of the condensed milk itself. You may need a little less or a little more flour.

Sprinkle flour onto the kitchen surface to knead the dough, which will be soft and manageable. Place the dough back into the bowl and let rest for 15 minutes. And during this time, prepare everything necessary to form donuts.

Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface into a layer about 1 centimeter wide and squeeze out circles using a glass or a special mold. Then use a bottle cap to squeeze out small circles in the middle. This way you will get donuts with holes, like bagels. I recommend making donuts from all the dough right away, and then frying them in oil. They just fry very quickly, and there will be almost no time to be distracted by molding new products.

Heat a sufficient amount of sunflower oil in a frying pan and place the donuts in it. They will increase in volume very quickly and begin to brown, so you need to be careful that the donuts do not burn. Fry the centers that remain after forming the products along with the rest of the donuts.

After the donuts are browned on one side, turn them over to the other and keep until done.

Then remove the donuts to a plate covered with a paper towel or napkins to absorb excess fat.

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pour sugar into a deep plate, pour in 7 tablespoons of vegetable oil and break the eggs.
Mix all these ingredients well together. Without ceasing to stir, pour in the milk in a thin stream. In a separate bowl, mix half of all the necessary wheat flour with slaked soda. Then pour this flour and soda into a bowl with the liquid ingredients and mix well. You have a liquid dough. Now continue to gradually add the remaining flour and knead everything until you get a mass similar in consistency to pancake dough. Do not add flour to prevent the mixture from coming out too stiff. At the very end, pour vinegar into the dough and mix again.

Step 2: form donuts with condensed milk inside.

Forming donuts from such a runny dough is quite inconvenient. Therefore, carefully prepare the surface and hands by dusting everything with flour. Pinch off a piece of dough and knead it in your hands to form a flat cake. Place the boiled condensed milk filling in the middle of the flatbread and, lifting the edges to the top, mold them, pinching the seam tightly. Don't allow holes to form in your donut. Once you have formed one, start sculpting the next one, sprinkling your hands with flour each time.

Step 3: fry donuts with condensed milk inside.

Meanwhile, heat enough oil in a suitable frying pan or saucepan. Donuts should float in it. Heat the oil over the highest heat. Carefully drop the donuts with condensed milk inside into the hot oil, one at a time, and fry them until done. I won’t tell you the exact time, determine it by eye. When your products are covered with a golden crust on all sides, then they are ready. You need to fry the donuts in batches, so don't try to cram them all into one pan at once. Take the finished donuts with condensed milk out of the frying pan/pot one at a time, lift them above the surface, wait until most of the oil has drained, then transfer the product to a paper towel to absorb excess fat. And then place the donut on a serving plate.

Step 4: serve donuts with condensed milk inside.

Donuts with condensed milk inside are a dessert adored by many.
Place them on a beautiful saucer, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea. Your donuts will fly away in no time, just have time to try them yourself. And not a word about calories today, sometimes you can give yourself some slack, especially for such airy and sweet pastries. Enjoy your tea party everyone!

Donuts according to this recipe can be prepared not only with boiled condensed milk, but also with jam or confiture.

Decorate the finished donuts with fondant or colorful icing if, for example, you are preparing them for a holiday table.

Hello, dear readers of all ages! In our article today, we will present to your attention a recipe for donuts with condensed milk.

This is a very old and time-tested dish. Representatives of the older generation often prepared it for their children and grandchildren. They are easy to prepare and you don’t need to spend a lot of money. If you have a family or friendly tea party coming up, but don’t have any snacks, we definitely recommend using our recipe.

The fluffy dough and appearance create the right impression, not to mention the unique taste. Therefore, we don’t dare waste your free minutes and let’s start cooking.

Ingredients:

1. Flour – 700 g

2. Eggs – 4 pieces

3. Condensed milk – 350 g

4. Vanilla – 15 g

5. Soda – 10 g

6. Salt – 10 g

Cooking method:

We used, and we recommend you try, homemade condensed milk. The taste is traditional, and the product itself is healthier than store-bought. Especially for this, at the end of the article, we will present a simple recipe for homemade condensed milk. If you still decide to buy, you will need 1 jar.

1. Take a deep bowl and break four eggs into it. Shake a little and add half a tsp. salt and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix again. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.

2. Add all the condensed milk to the eggs and mix again. Sift flour into the future dough and add half a teaspoon of soda. Add flour gradually to understand how much the dough will take. Stir.

3. You need to knead the dough with your hands, so it will be clear whether more flour is needed. Make sure that it is not too dense and does not stick to your hands. Connect it into one room.

4. Now you need to stir it on the table. Sprinkle it with flour and stir. In our case, it took approximately 600 grams of flour. Place the dough in a container, cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

5. Once this time has passed, you can begin to form donuts. Take a tray and grease it with vegetable oil. In this case, the donuts will not stick to him.

6. Divide the dough into several equal parts - this makes it easier to work with. Roll each fragment into a thin rope.

Keep in mind that the donuts must be small so that they cook evenly.

7. Cut the dough into small pieces (which resemble lazy dumplings). Roll each “donut” into a ball the size of a quail egg and place on a tray.

8. The entire dish is formed using this method.

Roasting:

10. When the oil is hot enough, start throwing in the donuts. Do this carefully so as not to burn yourself with the oil. You can put a large number of donuts at a time.

To ensure frying on all sides, stir them constantly. Therefore, before sending for frying, form all the donuts. This way the golden “tan” will lie more evenly.

11. Also prepare a baking sheet on which you will place the finished dish. Place a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

By the way, choose the degree of roasting based on your tastes - do you like a higher or lower degree of roasting. Approximate cooking time is 4-6 minutes.

12. Place the cooked donuts on a tray. When serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Can also be served with condensed milk, syrup or jam. Ideal with tea or warm milk. All your friends and relatives, young and old, will be very grateful. Bon appetit!

As promised, we present the recipe for condensed milk. You will be confident in the quality of this product, because... prepared it ourselves. You only need milk (half a liter), 230 grams of sugar, 50 milliliters of clean water, a pinch of salt, even less soda and butter.

1. First of all, take care of the pan with a thick bottom so that the milk does not burn. Put on fire and pour out the water, add salt. When the water boils, add sugar and stir. You will get a kind of syrup. To prevent the milk from “running away,” grease the edges of the pan with a piece of butter. Pour warm milk into the pan and stir. Wait for the mixture to boil. If desired, you can add vanilla. Don't forget to add baking soda.

2. When the “syrup” boils, reduce the heat and start boiling the milk for an hour. Stir the contents of the pan every 5 minutes. The longer you cook the syrup, the thicker the condensed milk and the richer the color. Please note that foam will form on the walls of the pan. It needs to be removed using a spoon.

3. Once you have achieved the desired consistency, you can turn off the stove and let the condensed milk cool. After this, put it in the refrigerator overnight. Ready! You can try it and use it for its intended purpose. From the proposed amount of products, approximately 400 grams of condensed milk are obtained.

If you have a desire to pamper your family with something tasty, but not labor-intensive to prepare, or you are confused when you receive news of an unexpected “invasion” of guests, do not rush into hysterics and run to the store. Go through your supplies in your cupboards and refrigerator. There is no doubt that in them you will find a lot of products from which you can very quickly prepare something simple but tasty. For example, why don't you make donuts with condensed milk? After all, every more or less thrifty housewife certainly has one or two jars of this sweet delicacy in stock, as well as flour, vegetable oil and sugar. And to make donuts, you don’t need a lot of intelligence, time and effort. So, study the recipe for donuts with condensed milk, roll up your sleeves and get to work. Don't forget to wear a kitchen apron; after all, you'll have to knead the dough.

Condensed milk balls fried in oil, recipe

In our family, various homemade sweets are in great demand. Therefore, I always have to look for different recipes and learn them from colleagues and relatives. You know, today I want to talk about a recipe for making delicious condensed milk balls. You know, they turn out somewhat similar to donuts, only their dough is completely different - made from condensed milk. I never thought that dough could be made from condensed milk. This was my first experience.

The recipe for condensed milk balls fried in oil is quite simple. For example, I even called my 8-year-old daughter for help. She started helping me with such passion that we both coped with the cooking very quickly. Look what delicious balls we came out with! You can also try making cottage cheese donuts; by the way, they look like condensed milk balls, only they have a different dough structure.

Ingredients:

- 2 standard sized eggs,

- 200 grams of condensed milk,

- 250-300 grams of flour,

- 4 grams of baking soda (can be replaced with a teaspoon of baking powder)

My daughter and I beat 2 eggs into a deep bowl. Next, I entrusted the process of mixing the ingredients to Katyusha (my beloved daughter). She mixed everything well with a whisk. You can also beat all the ingredients with a mixer, so you can use it instead of a whisk.

Then I poured in the condensed milk, and Katyusha mixed it well with the egg mixture.

I quenched the soda with vinegar and added it to the previous ingredients.

Then I added flour and kneaded the dough with my hands.

After this, Katyusha began to roll balls from the resulting dough. Look, they even came out more or less even.

Then I fried the balls in sunflower oil over medium heat, and when they cooled down, Katyusha sprinkled them with powdered sugar.
